Found a suitcase I really wanted but my usual supplier didn’t have the size I wanted. So happy I found Luggage estore online and my suitcase was actually cheaper with them!! I ordered it!! Postage and delivery was fairly quick, slight issue with Evri as package was too big for original courier so had be transferred over to another which caused a slight delay but I wasn’t in any hurry to receive it so didn’t mind.
Great company to deal with and would use again happily.

High quality suitcase and great value for money

Updated from the previous issue below. Customer service was quick to reply and resolve the faulty cases, excellent service, will definitely use again and recommend to others.
Of the 3 cases we bought in a set, only one of the locks works correctly. One is temperamental and the other only worked once and now can't get it to lock at all. I didn't check the locks when I first received them so left it too late to return for a replacement.

Bought this for my husband as a travel backpack for our holiday - he absolutely loved it and now uses is every day! Great quality backpack - very sturdy with cleverly designed pockets. It was a perfect size for Ryanair’s small backpack. Customer service was also excellent as I had a few queries regarding size and delivery time before purchasing. Very fast delivery within 2 days! Would highly recommend this backpack and will definitely be shopping with Luggage eStore again!
