I used Ludvig to create my business in 2023, and things started off well, and the account manager, Samuel, was friendly, and made sure I fully understood everything. Unfortunately he left after a few months, and I was given a new account manager, Sara. Again, friendly, but completely unreliable. Took weeks on some occasions to respond to messages and several times missed tax deadlines, resulting in late notices from Skatteverket. Yet their costs for accounting seemed to only increase.

Unfortunately I had to close my company, and here's where things got really bad .

Mikael, the one in charge of closing my company, seemed to only check his messages once every 2+ weeks, so the process to close the company took months and still isn't even complete! He has completely ignored my most recent messages.

Should Ludvig wish to address any of the above, I am happy to forward them all the email/message threads as proof..

I am absolutely fuming - if it wasn't for their complete incompetence, and ridiculous costs, I might still have a business. DO NOT USE.

This is not a trustworthy company. I would stay away at all costs. You are better off with almost any other company. I only gave them one star because I had to,, I would rate it Minus 5 if I could.

After being with this company - who came recommended - for over 2 years, I have to say they are the worst company I've ever had to deal with.

My accountant is always late with submitting everything to skatteverket. This year, we've got over 10,000kr in fees and fines. Rarely does he respond to calls or emails and when he does, he blames me for "not giving him the files" despite using their tools/emails to do so. So, I set up a monitored system for sharing files. To date, after 3 months, he's not looked at 1 file submitted. We owe MOMS/VAT declarations from 2023 that he hasn't submitted. There is no way to complain, as his boss/manager also doesn't respond to emails. When I ask for an update, it takes months for a response. Then the only response we get is through the form of incorrectly processed payslips!

Avoid this company. Just don't do it. There is nothing redeemable here. Even the link their employees share to give feedback isn't real and just leads to a 404 error. This was the same last year. Late submissions, VAT fees and nothing but silence from them when it comes to improvements.
