I had an excellent experience with Lingo Service Translations.
I required certified Bulgarian-to-English translations for legal/conveyancing purposes as part of a property purchase. The documents were time-critical and represented the final outstanding items requested by my solicitors.
From start to finish, Polina and the wider Lingo Service team were professional, responsive and extremely helpful. Communication was excellent throughout, turnaround times were faster than expected, and the quality of the translations was outstanding.
The certified translations were delivered promptly, professionally presented and matched the original documents accurately. The team kept me informed at every stage and were always quick to respond to questions and additional requests.
What particularly impressed me was their willingness to accommodate an additional document at short notice without impacting the overall turnaround time. The service was efficient, friendly and reassuring during what can be a very stressful part of the property-buying process.

Great service
Ok, I had a few quotes from other companies. They all quoted me roughly the same. Where Lingo differed was that they had no problem forwarding the translated documents to a different address.
They were efficient once they received the documents I was quoted, I agreed. They sent me 2 emails to verify names and addresses. That was that. Simple.
