My scalesolver
My scalesolver, the hard water filter on my system reached its end of life. LifeSource was great to work with again, we got everything scheduled and set up. The plumber/installer arrived promptly and got to work swapping out the big filter. The work was done very efficiently, in a short amount of time and everything was put back and looked untouched. The installer was very professional, polite and courteous throughout the entire process. This was just another example of what a great company LifeSource is. The total water system is great and have very good, drinking water from every tap is awesome and we don’t have the nasty white scale and heavy chlorine taste typical of Sacramento water.

Not a happy customer!
It was shipped before we were home. It was supposed to have been shipped on a certain day. No one returned calls regarding installations. I had to make numerous calls before I got ahold of the right person. He was not able to get installation scheduled. I hired our plumber to install it. We then had problems after the installation and I called and no one called me back. I still have not heard back. You can reach me at 720-371-3663. Needless to say, I will not be recommending your product or company. I’m very stressed and not happy.

Efficient appointment…
The appointment to replace the Scale Solver tank occurred at the time scheduled and the work was done quickly. I still miss having soft water, but since I live in a desert now I don't want to waste that much water. Having the chlorine removed from the water seems to be the main benefit.

Told it would replace my water softener and be much healthier for my family including our dogs & fish. It is a lie and false advertising. DO NOT purchase this system!!! Called company today requesting a full refund and requesting the system be removed. They said they would have to come out and have scheduler call me back right away. Still no call 10 hours later. System was purchased 7/29/25 and has not been filtering anything from the water. I just had a tankless water heater installed a month ago and was told the water was so poor that I need to get a water softener so the water does not damage the new system. The lifesource water system does not do what it is advertised or salesperson said that it does. I will do whatever I need to do to get a full refund and not let this happen to any other innocent families.
