I was having some trouble with Royal Mail deliveries as they were not updating their timelines, so I emailed LL’s customer service for some assistance. Michelle helped me to check the tracking, advised on some best next steps, and when the item was actually delivered, she continued to follow up to make sure I knew and was okay with my purchase! I really appreciated that she took the time to check in after delivery because I wasn’t expecting that level of commitment at all. Really goes to show how genuine LL are about the happiness of their customers. Thank you!

I however ordered the incorrect size and it is unfortunate that they don't offer a swap service, but hey-ho I'll send it back and re order it. Speedy response from the customer care team as well.

I cannot recommend this small business highly enough. I recently purchased the beautiful fringed leather jacket, but after wearing it once, I realised I needed a larger size. I contacted them expecting a standard response, but what I received was so much more. They replied incredibly quickly and kindly agreed to exchange it for the bigger size, going above and beyond to help me. We all agreed this was not an item of clothing to be stuck in a wardrobe gathering dust.

Their kindness and understanding genuinely touched my heart. In a world where customer service can often feel impersonal, they made me feel valued and cared for. I didn't feel like just another customer or order number – I felt like a friend.

Over the last couple of years I've ordered a few items of clothing from Little Lies. They are so unique, beautifully made, excellent quality, great sizing, and their customer service is second to none - friendly, quick & efficient. Would highly recommend!🌟

I had a few issues with my parcel being undelivered and then sent back to the supplier in error, but Michelle and team ensured it was sent right back out as soon as it arrived back to the warehouse in record time. Great customer service.

Pretty but polyester dress that’s itchy and doesn’t fit even after making sure the measurements would fit me. The returns process is very rigid. Had to take 2 buses to find a ‘Royal Mail parcel point’ that wasn’t broken. They really need to open it up to be Evri or something else at least 1 more option.

One of my favourite online brands! I always get compliments when I wear my Little Lies purchases. Great small business and great customer service. Any questions are always answered swiftly by the loveliest of people and postage is always quick. Love them!
