This is my 3rd order have to say the clothes are beautiful I ordered 2 kimonos, olive green long one and the shorter kimono jacket with gold hardware all are stunning and well made, I sized down in snakeskin shirt and is perfect there customer service is excellent and clothes come beautifully wrapped 😍

Absolutely love this site, the flared pants are amazing and very flattering I get so many compliments when I wear them (I have 4 pairs!) Wish they done a 32” leg so I didn’t have to get them taken up though

I'm not usually one for writing reviews but after a great experience i thought i should!

I had to contact the company for help and i cannot fault their customer service Quick, personable and extremely helpful. Nothing felt too much and i quickly built a relationship with Michelle on the team which reminded me the difference of a small company over a large uncaring corporate. My query was quickly sorted.

And to top it off the products are great! I ordered the Hendrix flares which are buttery soft and well made. Will be buying more in the future!

Ordered the Paisley smock dress and forgot to put my house number on the order. Got in touch with them and received speedy replies that were personalised not generic. I received my order within 5 days and the quality is even better than the photos, hard to explain but even happier with my purchase now it’s in my hands. It even came wrapped in tissue paper with a personalised thankyou note - this family run business genuinely cares about their customers and that’s evident in the way they handle queries and in the clothes they make. My leather jacket from 5 years ago is also still going strong 💪🏻

Ordered a black tassel shoulder bag as a birthday gift for my sister and it has not disappointed. She is absolutely thrilled with the bag as am I. Competitively priced and arrived super quickly. I just love their items! So many timeless pieces. My Hubby got me a bag for Xmas and unfortunately part of the seam started to go. I contacted Little Lies about it and they couldn't have been nicer! Outstanding Customer Service & High-Quality Products!

Our experience with Little Lies has been fantastic, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

My wife wanted a bag from Little Lies for her birthday, so I ordered one for her. It was great for the first month, but unfortunately developed a small fault. I reached out to customer service, and a lovely team member named Michelle emailed me back almost instantly. She was extremely apologetic and offered several great options, including a partial or full refund.

My wife decided she’d prefer a different model, so we opted to return the faulty bag for a full refund. All they asked for was a quick photo of the proof of postage receipt. We went away on holiday right after, so I wasn't able to post it for about a week. Once we got back, I posted the bag and emailed to let them know—only for Michelle to reply immediately, letting me know she had actually already processed the full refund a week prior!

Now that is top-tier customer service. We were so impressed that we didn't even look elsewhere; my wife picked out a new bag directly from Little Lies. The new bag is top quality, and she absolutely loves it.
A huge thank you to Michelle for being so professional and incredible at her job—she truly deserves some recognition from the company for such stellar work. Brilliant staff, brilliant service, and we won't hesitate to buy from them again and again!
