I received my order 14 days after it was made, which is rather long time. It was stuck in customs/post in Belgium for too many days, but after it arrived in Iceland it took 24 hours to be delivered.... See more

Expensive Delivery and Returns with Low Product Quality
I'm curious about how companies can justify charging for delivery and returns. It's frustrating to have to pay 5 euros for delivery and another 5 euros to send back an item that didn't meet expectations, not because the size was wrong, but due to poor product quality. Never again.
