I have been buying Leonidas chocolates for many years and these are as excellent as ever. This box was actually complimentary after I expressed some disappointment over their chocolate bars so that's also a big thumbs up for their customer service.

We have been unable to locate an order matching the name provided in this review, so we would very much like the opportunity to investigate what happened, including the best-before date of the chocolates and your experience when contacting our team.
Our chocolates are made using 100% cocoa butter and without palm oil or additional preservatives, which means that, unlike many mass-market chocolate products, some of our chocolates have a naturally shorter shelf life. However, we want to make sure that every product supplied is within its appropriate best-before period and that our customers are given clear information.
Please contact us directly with your order details so that we can look into this properly and resolve any issue. We would also like to investigate the comments regarding the telephone conversation, as we take customer service very seriously.

Loved the chocolates and the chance to create my own selection, which made the whole experience even more special! Really good experience all round. Mohsin was amazing at understanding exactly what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect choice without making the experience feel rushed or pressured.
