It was a good experience and I appreciated the reduction in cost to set up my Trust and Will however, I didn't appreciate the fact I had to pay more to fund my Trust. I feel that cost should have been disclosed in the beginning.

I formed an llc with legal zoom and the company misspelled my name as the owner. I could not open a bank account due to the misspelling of my name. Legal zoom filed an amendment to process the name change. It has been almost one month and I have not seen the problem solved. I have had a horrible experience and my time has been wasted on every level. Not to mention I cannot move forward to start my business. I am extremely disappointed with my experience and accept that I paid a company to fail pretty sad. I may have to dissolve it and start over and pay twice with a new llc.

Sanreo took the time to find out my issue and worked with me to resolve it. She upgraded my account to a couples trust from a personal (which I had mistakenly signed up and paid for) quickly and without issue. Thank you for your time!

I was caught in a "do-loop" on the website; the LLC path wanted to use my home address, but the Registered Agent path wanted my LLC information. Amal provided me with another path that solved the issue and allowed me to setup the LLC using the Legal Zoom Registered Agent details.

The process of setting up your will was seamlessly easy, questionnaire was very helpful and I recommend using this service.
