Ordered garden chairs, they confirmed with delivery date, took payment and then just lied about deliveries that were never going to turn up

Ordered and paid for a outdoor dining set and received communication of payment and so called delivery within 2 weeks and then absolutely nothing, luckily on ordering I contacted my card supplier and stated my fears of this possible scam and after weeks of no contact I must say I was refunded my payment by my card company to my great relief and cannot praise them highly enough, they were absolutely fantastic in all of this. All this took place in late May and the reason for this review is today I have been online via Google and find this so called company has still got the same so called goods for sale. As stated Do NOT touch with a barge pole…..BEWARE, be VERY aware!!!

Paid for items which was acknowledged. Delivery only advised after I contacted the firm via email. Items not delivered on that date and no alternative given. Contacted the firm to request a further date for delivery. This has gone unanswered so have raised a recovery of funds via my bank. Do not buy from these people

Has anybody received there furniture as trying to contact them as heard nothing since I've paid

I ordered a lounge set though this company on 03.06.26. The initial contact was great. I sent several emails with questions and they responded quickly so I was happy to place an order.
It ended there. No contact other than my confirmation of order. No delivery date, no update on the progress of the order. No response the emails. Nothing

Having done some investigating, I discovered the address on their website belongs to Leeds Garden Buildings and I found the telephone number on Google. A very lovely gentleman assured me he has nothing to do with this company and receives numerous calls a week asking the same question. He has reported the company to the police and Facebook for fraud. And I’ve noticed their Facebook account is no longer active … strange!
Also the email address on the website is ‘Recipient email address is possibly incorrect’

I have raised a dispute with my credit card provider who will hopefully get a result

I advise people to steer well clear of this company

Very disappointing to say the least!!

We ordered a rattan dining set 5 weeks ago. We have emailed with no response. No sign of anything being delivered. Having read the reviews nobody has mentioned whether they actually received the goods they ordered which I find rather odd.

I don’t usually write negative reviews, but this time I felt it was necessary. My overall experience was not good, and I faced several issues that made the process frustrating.

At first, everything seemed fine, but once I needed support, things became difficult. It took too long to get a response, and even when I did, it didn’t fully address my concerns. I had to follow up multiple times, which shouldn’t be required.

There was also a lack of clear communication, which made the situation confusing. I expected a more professional and smooth experience.

In the end, I was left disappointed and would not recommend this service based on my experience.
