What I thought was the most comfortable and understanding experience for me was how I was talked through everything with much sense of it all as I knew very little about health Insurance but Sean the guy I spoke with dun a amazing job on helping me understand it all and made me feel I was making the right choice for my family very happy I decided to go ahead with the policy.

Sean was amazing, very patient and not pushy at all. He went through everything in detail, even though i did try and multi task, he was patient and done what he needed to do. Got me a great deal!

Reiss was excellent during the process of sorting my life insurance. He gave clear explanations of the terms and helped me to find the right policy for me with no pressure. He was patient and courteous when dealing with my sensitive data and medical conditions and gave me confidence in his whole handling of my policy and experience. Thanks Reiss! Much appreciated.

We had a really great experience with Ross sorting out our life insurance. He made the whole process quick and easy, and explained everything. He was really helpful, friendly and made what could have been a stressful process feel really straightforward. Would definitely recommend Ross.

It was simple for the cover to be arranged I didn’t after do anything

I already had a policy with L&G and needed to make some changes. They called me at the right time to check my cover was correct for me and my family. Alex was brilliant , changed my cover to exactly how I needed it and put my life insurance into trust whilst on the phone. This wasn't done previously and it has now give me reassurance that if anything should happen to me my children can access the policy etc. . Thanks Alex , great service and very knowledgeable and professional.

Finaly Turner was very polite, professional and extremely helpful. The whole experience was easy and not made as complicated as I thought it was going to be.
