REVIEWS ON YELP AND REDDIT ARE NOT FAVOURAVBLE. EMAILED SERVICES BUT THE USUAL GET OUT OF JAIL FREE SPEEL, LEAVING ME DOUBTFUL IF IT WILL EVER ARRIVE. SUSPECT THE BELGIUM BASED SITE IS PROBABLY IMPORTING CHINESE JUNK, PRETENDING IT WAS MADE IN FRANCE.

Really good! Product looks great and delivered with plenty of communication and packaged well.

**Unresolved refund of €514,76 — two months of false confirmations (Order #167135)**

I made an erroneous payment of €514,76 to LampTwist that didn't correspond to any order. LampTwist support agreed on **1 July** to refund it. Since then I have been told the refund was completed on **four separate occasions** — 29 July, 6 August, 14 August, and 28 August — and each time no money has actually arrived in my account. Despite repeated requests, LampTwist has never provided a CRO/transaction reference number to confirm the transfer was actually sent.

It is now almost two months since the payment was made and I still have not been reimbursed. I will be filing a report with **Meldpunt.belgie.be** (the Belgian consumer complaint point) and I'm posting this publicly because private follow-ups have not resolved it. If anyone from LampTwist can provide an actual transfer confirmation, I'm happy to update this post.

I ordered a lamp on that website and had it delivered to the person I was offering it to, abroad. It arrived damaged, yet the person to whom it was addressed did not notice it. When I noticed it, we were overdue to send the lamp back. However Lamptwist accepted the return shipment and refunded me. They were super nice and super efficient.

I had an issue with the desk I received, and customer service was incredible. They persisted in getting the issue addressed, even when it was challenging.

Terrible. lamps refused at customs and sent back to Belgium. Sent numerous emails to lamptwist and tried to call. NO RESPONSE. Still waiting for an update.

So impressed with LampTwist. Easy to order online, constantly kept up to date, as I’d ordered three different items, so they could all be dispatched together. Much quicker delivery than I’d expected coming from Belgium. Positive experience, would not hesitate to order again. Well done LampTwist team!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Lamptwist.
This was my first purchase from Lamptwist, and unfortunately the product I received, the Mater Terho Pendant (Order #181616), arrived with visible quality defects, including permanent stains and a noticeable black mark/hole on the lamp. The item did not meet the quality standards or condition that I expected from a new product.
While I appreciate that your customer service team initially responded and acknowledged the issue, the handling of my case since then has been unsatisfactory. After receiving a compensation proposal that I did not consider adequate, I replied and requested either a more appropriate resolution or instructions for a full return and refund.
I then sent a follow-up email on Sunday requesting an update on my case. As of today, I have still received no response or meaningful update. More than a week has passed, and I remain without a resolution.
What frustrates me most is not only receiving a defective product, but also the lack of timely communication afterwards. I purchased this lamp for use in mid-September, and the prolonged delay in addressing my claim has affected my ability to make alternative arrangements.
At this point, I feel extremely upset and disappointed by both the product quality and the customer service experience. I expected much better support when reporting a legitimate quality issue with a newly delivered item.
I hope Lamptwist will review my case promptly and provide a fair and immediate resolution.

Quality products and quick delivery. Everything was perfect!

I ordered two Louis Poulsen PH 3/2 pendants on May 26, originally expecting a 2–3 week delivery window. The expected warehouse date has since been updated to August 31. While I understand that delays can happen with imported designer lighting, the wait has been quite long. I hope the team can ensure everything is processed smoothly and dispatched by August 31 as currently scheduled.

I ordered the lamp 1 month, and there is a delay of over 3 weeks of expected delivery. I contact the CS and this is the auto reply.

On 1 Aug, I ordered Ferm Living Arum Portable Lamp from LampTwist. The amount has been charged to my credit card and it is stated that it will be shipped within 2-3 weeks.
However , I have not received the product and there has been no update.
Hence, I emailed LampTwist and also, contacted them via the form on their website. There was no reply at all from LampTwist.
Please avoid buying anything from LampTwist. I have paid $243 and received nothing.

I would strongly advise anyone considering ordering from LampTwist to think very carefully before handing over their money.

I ordered two vases on 30 May and paid £420.67. The advertised delivery timeframe was one week. That was a key reason I placed the order.

It is now almost three months later and I still have nothing.

LampTwist later promised delivery on 7 August. That date passed and nothing arrived. I have been told that my order apparently has not even been made yet.

Even more concerning, the website still appears to advertise a one-week delivery timeframe for the item.

The customer service has been appalling. LampTwist permanently states in its email footer that it responds within 2–3 working days. In reality, getting a basic template-based response takes a week if you are lucky.

This week alone I sent five emails asking for an update on my order. All five were ignored. I then asked them to cancel the order and refund my money. Still no response.

LampTwist has now been holding my money for almost three months while failing to deliver within either the original timeframe or the later promised date, and now failing even to respond to basic enquiries.

Delays are one thing. Taking hundreds of pounds, missing promised delivery dates and then ignoring repeated customer emails is another.

I would not trust this company.

Everything is alright, fast delivery, and the lamp is nice as described on the website.

The mirror that I purchased was broken when delivered and I have sent three emails to have it replaced and also attempted to contact Lamptwist by telephone but have not had a response to date

The worst company you can find online! Here they lie to you, make up their own crazy rules (like not being able to cancel an order or taking your money before they have even sent anything... Both of which are strictly against EU laws) They are simply just breaking the law, and my bank, fraud management, and mastercard all agreed that they are purposely lying to people to benefit themselves... They are running a shady business and using scare tacticts to keep customers from their basic right, like right of withdrawal... Get ready to call your bank, card issuer, and fraud management, you will need them if you shop here....!
