My order arrived within the time shown when I purchased. Everything was folded properly and looked fresh when taken out of the package.

I thought this company was from Melbourne, hoping to get my delivery quick, this did not happen the company is in China, the quality of my dress was so bad it went straight into the bin, so upset as it was not cheap. Emailing them was a nightmare could not get through at all. Do not waste your money on this company.

The collection feels very wearable. I like finding clothes that don’t depend on one particular trend and there were plenty of pieces like that here.

This website is scam! IT IS NOT BASED IN MELBOURNE like their name suggests.
I ordered two jackets as the price was good and they looked nice online but in reality very poor quality. They sent the wrong colour, zips didn’t work, tags had been ripped off, holes in the stitching and the material was plastic like??!! When I requested my money back, I was offered a 10% refund! After declining that, they then offered 15% then 20% refund. No thanks, I just want my money back in full.

Avoid these thieves at all costs. No order received, fake transport updates.. They need to be reported to fair trading which is next on my list.

I did not get what I ordered. I got some rubbish pair of shoes that were nothing like what I ordered. Would not waste my money here again.

Size guide worked for me. The polo fitted properly on the first try which saved a lot of hassle.

Package turned up clean, sealed properly and neatly packed. Everything inside was ready to wear.

Orders two pair boots I like them I send an email to say that the size ten was too small which is ridiculous cause I’m normally a 9 and half but went bigger to be safe . Asked can I get the next size exactly the same in both pairs .. they emailed back and forth five or six times asking the same questions which I had already explained , then finally ask if they could send me an invoice for 17 dollars I pay it and then they would send the boots .. I say yes in the next email then three emails
Later they say they do t have those boots … really !!! I asked for a refund , or what to do the boots and how to send them back …. They avoided that question and then two emails later say they say I can have credit on something else and still no answers what to do with boots .. In Another words no refund s I’m guessing never again

Absolutely rubbish. The order was delivered with the tags removed from all garments so that's a red flag. No sizes on them, garments all too small, would not accept return offered a 20% refund. NOT an Aus based company so don't fall for it

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.
It is not from Melbourne for 1. I ordered a body suit, $54.95. Came as a top NOT a body suit, cheap and not worth the quality. It also took nearly 2 months for it to come. I am taking it further and disputing my transaction with the bank. I have also reported the company. I better get a refund.

Cute knit top and a really comfortable fit. I can see myself wearing this a lot once the weather cools down.

I received the order (it took two weeks because it was coming from China). The product had no labels and was very poor quality. I requested a refund and there were several offers for a partial refund and for me to keep the product.

Eventually they offered a refund but I had to fully fund the postage of the item back to china.

I eventually settled for a 20% refund and will be donating the item to lifeline.

LaLuna Melbourne is not a Melbourne brand, is poor quality and difficult and expensive tor refund.

Delivery took a little time but I received updates along the way so I always knew what was happening. The parcel arrived safely and everything inside was in perfect condition.

Ordered over $100 worth of clothes as I believed it was an Australian company. It is not. I received clothing that didn’t remotely resemble what I ordered. I tried to get a refund as far as I was concerned they sent the wrong items. I tried to return as per their policy and they refused and would only give 20% refund. Even though their policy states free return on wrong items sent. Also the refund department is run by bots. If you return them to china they charge a 10% restocking fee which is not in their return policy. A complete scam. Clothes were clearly returned items where they removed the tags so you can’t even see what company they’re from. They were far worse than SHEIN quality and 10x the price. Avoid at all costs! They DO NOT provide free returns and my guess is even if you returned the items to China and spent $50-60 for the return they would just say they never received it and would never give a refund. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

Poor quality items, nothing like pics or descriptions. Waste of time and money dealing with this company.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, SCAM SITE! False advertising, photos are of a nice item and they send you some cheap, substandard, knock off Temu/Shein version instead. Item not posted from Australia, comes from China. When you ask to return and refund they try to negotiate a 10%, 15% or 20% partial refund and refuse proper return/refund process.

I ordered these shoes in AU 11 / EU 45, which is my usual size. Unfortunately, they were substantially too small. My existing shoes are also clearly labelled EU 45 / US 12 / UK 11 and fit me comfortably with room to spare.

What made this particularly disappointing was that La Luna's product listing describes this particular model as “True to size”, so I expected the AU 11 / EU 45 to fit as advertised.

I contacted customer support expecting a straightforward solution. I was initially offered a replacement for an additional $17 shipping/handling fee. When I requested a refund instead, I was successively offered 10%, 15%, and eventually a 20% partial refund if I kept the shoes.

The shoes cost $64.95, so the 20% refund was $12.99.

La Luna did eventually approve a full refund, but only if I returned the shoes at my own expense to a returns address in China, with a 10% restocking fee deducted from the refund. For a $64.95 purchase, I wasn't prepared to risk potentially significant international return postage or spend further time pursuing the matter.

I ultimately accepted the $12.99 refund and kept the shoes.

My advice to Australian shoppers: be cautious about the sizing and check the return arrangements carefully before purchasing. In particular, don't assume that an AU 11 / EU 45 will fit like other EU 45 footwear, despite the listing saying “True to size”. Also be aware that returning the shoes may involve shipping them back to China at your own expense.

The shoes may work well for someone with smaller feet, but based on my experience, I wouldn't rely on the stated sizing and would think carefully about the potential return costs before ordering.

The coat has quickly become one of my most useful autumn purchases. It feels warm enough for colder mornings while still being comfortable to move around in. The pockets are actually useful and the buttons feel secure. I’m really pleased I chose this one.
