Bought a beautifully soft pink cashmere sweater. Website dead easy to use, delivered within a few days.

I own two Loop items. The cashmere is of good quality - soft and cosy.
My most recent purchase however is unsuitable and regrettably I need to return it. Unfortunately, this process is not straightforward or explained clearly on the website. I had to submit a “returns request” for consideration and have been waiting since last Wednesday (7/10/26) for a reply. It is now Monday and still no response, despite an email to customer services.
Not what I’d expect from a company selling luxury clothing. Based on this experience, I am unlikely to remain a customer.

I am delighted with the boucle jumper which arrived so quickly! Just in time for the cooler weather. Feels like a cosy hug. I'm sure I'll be wearing it often in the winter months.

This is my first purchase and I am really impressed with the quality and feel of my cashmere crew neck sweater. It is beautifully designed with knitted detail on the sleeves and looks great.

This is one of my favourite company's at the moment! They have lovely products, really luxurious and great quality. I am becoming a real addict. Also, I am in Australia and they are in the UK but ship really quickly and shipping prices are reasonable and even free over a set amount. Customer services is also excellent. Keep up the good work!

It's great when everything goes to plan, this was my second purchase from Loop Cashmere and as with my first choosing and ordering were straightforward, great communication and super quick delivery. However unfortunately the item didn't suit and I was faced with sending it back. This is where a good company come into their own and I have to say Loop cashmere "stepped up to the plate". The returns process was easy and I was kept informed of progress my return package, even receiving a photo once it arrived at it's destination. I quickly received my refund and am looking forward to next seasons Woolies

Lovely jumper in the sale. Very soft and flattering apricot colour.

Speedy delivery - great sale price.
I bought 5 items & kept 2 & the returns process is v easy.
Quality is extremely good & some gorgeous styles.
I am only sad that for someone who is a UK size 4/6 the sizes are pretty generous & because many styles are boxy - they drown me. That's pretty much the only reason I had to return 3 items.
Please consider supplying size XS & maybe a few less boxy styles.
