Checkout process did not make clear that this is an Italian company and that £47 of import duties would be charged in order to receive the delivery in the UK. These additional costs should have been calculated and shown on the check out page so the full delivery cost is clear. Saying ‘import duties may apply’ in the shall print is clearly insufficient.

Your order was shipped from Italy, as stated on our website, and the United Kingdom is no longer part of the European Union. As a result, import VAT and customs charges are collected by UK customs authorities, not by us.
We respectfully disagree with your statement that this information was "not made clear." The checkout explicitly states that duties are not included and will be charged upon delivery. Unfortunately, choosing not to read this information does not mean it was absent.
We always encourage customers to review the shipping information before completing an international purchase, and we remain available to answer any questions before an order is placed.

⚠️ WARNING – Unexpected import charges and poor customer support
I placed an order after seeing a competitive price and “free shipping” offer. However, after completing my purchase, I was hit with unexpected import fees of £64.50 from DHL that were not clearly explained at checkout.
When I contacted customer service, the response was very slow, and my issue was not resolved before the item was re-shipped again. I am now stuck with a much higher total cost than expected and very limited options.
Be aware that the final price may be significantly higher than what is shown on the website due to import duties, VAT, and courier fees.
I strongly recommend checking all hidden costs before ordering from this site.

Do not use this company if you live in the UK. You will get seriously done over with customs charges after you’ve taken delivery. No warning at all beforehand. They are a non uk company!! Be aware

These sunglasses are fantastic
These sunglasses are fantastic. They are 100% authentic, made in Italy, not China. The product arrived well-packaged and included a security seal on the bottom of the box, making it easy to verify whether the package had been opened during transit.
The sale price was very competitive compared to other offers in the EU market, making this an excellent value for the quality received.
The only downside is the delivery time, which took a little over two weeks. However, if you're willing to be patient, the wait is definitely worth it. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend it.
