How one company can recruit a team full of kind, compassionate and knowledgeable individuals is quite an achievement. The world of care is so complex but with Lottie I have a much clearer idea of what’s available.

Found a really experienced carer very easily on here, found it easy to use apart from the usual technical difficulties of getting to know how a new platform works.
The carer came through Curam, which seems to be another app or organisation, that Lottie recommended.

Really helpful and quick

We made contact with Lottie for help and advice with care for an elderly relative with dementia, we were feeling overwhelmed about the next steps and needed some advice and support to guide us through our options to take positive and effective action for additional care needs. Lottie did not disappoint and we were scheduled an online meeting with Bridie. She immediately put us at ease and spent time listening to our story with patience and sympathy, she carefully and simply explained our options, the routes we could take and the decisions we needed to make. She offered information that is not always readily available from social services. We finished the meeting feeling reassured and more confident about our next steps. Bridie then followed up with a summary of our meeting and a comprehensive guide to provide reference and information to contact carers and support services.
This has proved invaluable. Our journey is still ongoing and I feel now that someone has our back and feel happy to keep checking in with Bridie for additional support and advice. I would thoroughly recommend this service to anyone with an elderly loved one who needs help and support.

The support Eva provided during a time when we had so much going on was incredibly valuable. Her knowledge and insights into the care system, as well as guidance on identifying appropriate caregivers should we need them, were invaluable. The support helped ease some of the pressure, gave us greater understanding and confidence, and better equipped us for the road ahead.

When it became obvious i needed to book some respite care for my Dad it was difficult to know where to start. Social services gave me some websites to look at but i did not find these helpful at all. While using my search engines for care homes i noticed an entry for Lottie, offering help to find care homes in my local area. I devided to give Lottie a try and i have veen very pleased with the outcome. They helped me navigate the available options and guided me on the type of care that was appropriate for my Dad.

What a fantastic service. I spoke to Eva and she was extremely helpful, guiding me through some of the issues in searching for a care home and taking time to understand our needs. Within a couple of hours of speaking to her, she had sent me details of two potential homes and we’ve subsequently already spoken to one of them. I can’t recommend Lottie enough.

I found lottie helpful but not all the information was correct.

Lottie made it so much easier to identify local care providers for my Mum as I live a long way away. The providers also got in contact quickly. It really helped during made a stressful time.

Making a phone call about your parents health and well-being isn’t always the easiest thing to do until you pick the phone up to Senior Lottie from the second they picked the phone up to the second they put the phone down. You feel fully supported even to the point where further information was emailed over to me which made it easier for me to digest the information in my own time. I want to say a massive thank you to the team.

I recently used Lottie.org to look for a carer for my elderly mother. I found the app easy to use and it came up with a variety of suggestions which I was able to follow up. We found a brilliant agency called Surecare within a week and are very happy with this.
