Excellent service and efficiency each step of the way for Solar, Battery and energy efficiency improvements.
Very flexible in dates and times and timescales were always stuck too with plenty of information provided at each step.
On the day of the install each tradesperson was professional and friendly with a special mention to Mike (Gehu?) who provided a wealth of knowledge in using the app and how the systems worked as well as where to go if problems or faults were found a later date.
Wouldn't hesitate recommending their services to others.

Despite this being the 2nd callout in 6 months for a fault on my solar panel equipment the battery was rebooted successfully by Fox only a few hours after reporting it to Archie. Good level of informed response with a positive outcome.

This company stay true to their word, they have kept me informed every step of the way and nothing has been too much trouble, I thank them for their patience , professionalism, friendly and courteous service, it’s so refreshing as every member of staff have been pleasant. Callum was very helpful and informative and a credit to the company!

Archie has been so helpful and patient explaing the process and benefits of solar-powere. I would recommend anyone who is just considering solar panels contact him. We spoke numerous times over a 3 week period as I has issues I needed to sort out before we could go on with the installation.

Callum Barry is a credit to your company. Great customer service from him and he was polite and informative. It was a pleasure to deal with him.

The service was excellent appreciating the efficiency, care, and timely completion of work from start to finish. clear communication, helpful explanations, and quick resolution of any issues.

I had the installation done to a good standard,all the trades involved fromLMF where very professional and also nice to chat with about the process. I had a few concerns regarding getting all the paperwork due to some reviews I had seen. I needn’t have worried about it because as soon as I paid the bill the paperwork was sent promptly. Khalid and Sonia where the people who I dealt with and they both did a great job

Very fair the workmen were very good and tidy Arthur has kept me informed from the beginning before the work started has been easy to reach LMF have been really good and I would recommend them

Arthur has been very helpful we have been kept informed the workmen have been great Tidy and clean. temporary heating was supplied we asked if a radiator could be put on a different wall and it was would recommend

Arthur was very helpful throughout the process. All the guys were very polite and professional. Arthur was always at the end of the phone even if he wasnt in the area. He kept me in the loop with all the works happening and explained in detail the process and how everything worked

Danielle was friendly and a good communicator. She answered my questions and had good knowledge of the equipment and installation

The electrician Ellis McAbe fitted the batteries, inverter and put in the cabling ready for the solar fitters. He worked tirelessly from start to finish. Very professional and answered all my questions. Than you Ellis for all your hard work.

John Burgess (electrician) & Kirk Beasley (roofer) fitted 6 solar panels on my rented house last week. Communication & guidance was great. Both made me feel comfortable with them being in my home. No issues. Happy with the overall service from 28/07-29/07

The after care of LMF is excellent. Matt the project manager sorted out a problem with my battery, the second one fitted as not working properly. Shaune, Sonia and Matt worked together to sort the issue. I now have a fully functioning battery that I’m very happy with.
I’d like another 5kw battery from LMF if someone can contact me please. Thanks

From initial contact to installation, this company has been open, communicative and responsive. The 2 installers, Kirk Beasley and Dan Large, were brilliant - kept us in the loop, explained every step, how long it would take them, and gave a full app training once the installation was completed. Tidied up after themselves and we're very pleasant. Couldn't ask for a better service.

Excellent service. Callum and Danielle were extremely helpful answering my queries. They have been very patient and kind with me. They explained everything that I needed to know. I find reading things online very difficult , they posted everything to me instead.
