Delivery Nightmare!
Design, production and ordering was excellent, as ever.
Delivery was a nightmare!
100 jerseys for a Charity Event (Hayling Cycle Ride) got 'stuck' in Customs. Owayo blamed FedEx and FedEx blamed Owayo. Either way delivery was not made until after the Ride had started. We will certainly think twice about using a Company outside of the UK again.

We want to assure you that we provided the delivery company with all of the relevant customs documentation, and did so even twice after the customs issues first arose. The delivey company themselves confirmed receipt of these documents to us. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, the situation was not resolved in time, and we sincerely regret that your jerseys did not arrive before the ride had started.
We fully understand your frustration and appreciate that this experience has understandably caused you to reconsider ordering from outside the UK. We are very sorry for the inconvenience this caused, particularly given the charitable nature of the event.
We hope that the quality of our products and service up to that point reflects our usual high standards, and we would love the opportunity to restore your faith in us.

Bespoke designed 80th birthday jersey!
Designed a one-off jersey for a cycling mad friend’s 80th. First of all, the design interface on the website is very easy to use, including being able to save multiple iterations. Submission of a design is reviewed by a team member who can help tweak where necessary with further excellent customer support throughout the entire process. This was the second purchase from Owayo, new design of our shirts the service was as good as the first time staff very helpful. From the moment of supplying our design we got feed back confirmation all go to go to print with a delivery date promise and the shirts turned up when stated, we are really happy with the quality of the shirts and I would definitely use them again
