Pic quality on a scale of 1-10 = 2, toughness = 10,
software...just plain old out of date brown stuff. There's no way these phones go thru any quality checking. Save yourself a lot of time and pain and buy a Samsung or just shout in public. Mine = bought through Amazon NEW it lasted 10months went to get a refund They'd already discontinued because of faults and returns. Yeah, that good!

The phone is good but no support here in our country

Have a great product that is affordable and is virtually indestructible. Thank you Oukitel for thinking of the consumers and not so much about your bank account.

Early days with a BP3000E portable power unit but so far everything seems spot on. Needed more power than the smaller, and lighter power packs and this fits the bill perfectly. Easy to set up and seems well made. After a full change yesterday, today we try solar charging and I expect that to be just as straightforward.

This phone is absolutely shocking. Lost all my contacts on update. Can't save contacts or messages as they instantly delete. Contacted them and sent them everything and got fobbed off. Now other apps won't work on this device as not compatible

New, sharp clean lines, colors are good.

Absolute worst aftercare service. Been trying to submit a warranty claim for 3 weeks and have made it nowhere.

Product is excellent , however I received a charger that was not U.K. compatible . So had to order one from Oukitel at my expense ( as I remember over £40 ) my review would have been 5 stars but for this .

Brought a phone from them called a 'titan' sold as a rugged phone. This thing breaks with the slightest touch. It is NOT a rugged phone it is just a large one. Makes we wonder what else they lie about. Software is absolutely horrendous also. Kicks you out of apps for no reason. Won't bring up the keyboard. Forgets your settings. Will not be buying again. If you're looking for a real rugged phone get an Ulfone

WP60phone and BT13 watch - no complaints everything works as it should.

Excellent customer service and awesome phones

Externally the wp58 appears sturdy but the Android 15 software sucks!
Constant problems loading pages or apps.
I was taken for a ride. Don't buy from AliExpress especially Oukitel products. Very regrettable purchase from deceptive website.
Customer service is terrible. They do not stand behind their products.

Bought the WP60 6 months ago and been struggling with
- Dropping calls mid call
- Occasional delay in sound on calls
- Poor reception in urban areas
- Dropping connection with "server not found" until I switch off connection and restart
- Paint peeling off the back.

All in all, it's disappointing and will need to be replaced as I cannot continue to use it for business calls.
