So far so good! It's been a couple of years. Everything is digitalized and very intuitive. Also the price is fair, even some providers stopped asking me to switch.

Ostrom were great from start to finish
Ostrom were great from start to finish! They have super user friendly English and German service options and super good value options that beat most of the other service providers. I can only recommend OSTROM over the other electricity providers in Germany!

Definitely a cool & smart company
Got stuck during application on an offer with another bigger popular energy company, as I was already with them, due to a bureaucratic blocker on their online formular even their customer service did not want to understand....... well this blocker does not exist with Ostrom: totally another level and they are quick, after 2 days they managed to switch on my contract, which includes dealing with Stromnetz.
