i bought a nose strips called SOVTASTIC and i found hair in it. the tapes also didnt work.
People be careful about this online shop.

Crappy quality products, you can buy the same exact stuff on temu, 5 times cheaper. the company is very misleading, branding itself as a nordic orthopedic shop, while you only get cheap, questionable quality china things for 5 times the price. if you want to return the products you’ll have to pay a fee, so you’ll lose money either way.
I do not recommend, it feels like a total scam.

The pillow I bought for sleep is completely useless. It is too high for my neck. When I contacted them, they said the product can returned if it is in the original packing. To figure out if the pillow is high or low, one needs to open it up. So it's a complete waste of 600 sek.

Very efficient, fast delivery and proper price

Ordered an item in August that was marked as in stock, order still did not get shipped. Tried to reach out to them via the chatbot on the website, the customer support email address, replying directly to the order confirmation email and the Shop app - so far all my attempts of contacting them were ignored.

Absolutely do NOT recommend to order anything from this store.
I have ordered a couple of items one week ago(all in stock). Until today I have not received any communication about delayed of order or anything similar. Only the first email, which I received only one day after order has been placed. This email stated I will receive my order within 1-2 days.
My package has still not been delivered to me, nor any type of fair communication has been done regarding the delay.
And one more sneaky practice which this company practices.
I have received an email thanking me for order and asking for feedback.
The email includes a link to Trustpilot, it is an active image where you can click on the number of stars you want to give and it will automatically redirect you to the Trustipilot web page. Unless you click on 1 star rating in this active image in the email. If you do click on 1 star you are automatically redirected to some internal Ortopedbutiken page to leave review , not to Trustipilot!! Make your own mind. My recommendation, stay away from these scamers.

Would not recommend this company. I purchased a wrist brace. It arrived broken as one strap wasn’t connected. I sent pictures to them. They replied after many days claiming not to have the pictures. I resent them and they didn’t reply. I have a broken product and no refund. I’d recommend buying such products from the local pharmacy. Cheaper and of better quality .
