Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 1,058 reviews, reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently mention that the professional staff, doctors, and friendly hygienists are extremely welcoming, highly knowledgeable, and thorough during all dental visits. People also find the online booking process remarkably smooth, efficient, and well-organized, while deeply appreciating convenient local clinic locations that are easily accessible. However, some reviewers were not happy with promotional reward terms, noting that specific qualifying requirements can be confusing and lead to unexpected billing outcomes. A few other people also felt that final program eligibility heavily depends on clinic decisions rather than transparent rules, causing considerable frustration and diminished overall consumer confidence.

I had a great experience using Opencare…

I had a great experience using Opencare to find and book my dental appointment. The process was simple, convenient, and easy to follow. I was able to schedule my appointment with Levy Dental Arts, where I received excellent service from a friendly and professional staff. Opencare made finding a dental provider much easier. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the experience and would recommend Opencare to anyone looking for a dentist.
