Are you a scam site?
I ordered men's sunglasses, but you sent me a children's model. It’s a complete waste of money. I have no use for them—especially considering the taxes I paid—and returning them isn't even worth it. Why do you list a children's size without mentioning it? Nowhere did you state that the model wasn't the standard size (54-16).

I returned the product at my own expanse and they dont refund the money,product was smaller in size than described,emailed multiple times and no refund or response from them.Their number dosent work and looks like a not verified seller.Avoid at all cost my 100 poynds are down the drain now including shipping cost

I get not the original product & after receiving the product one month I’m getting letters from DHL to pay the customer charges which is a big disappointment why to purchase from here it’s a big fraud with client not disclosing all the prices & now no one is responding so 0 Recccomendation never buy 👎

Product exactly what I ordered and delivered within 3days

The frame did not impress me. Interms of design and wearing comfortablity.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses a few days ago and received an email the next day saying the product was out of stock (although it said in stock on their website) and the manufacturer would take 4-6 weeks to produce new ones. I obviously will not wait that long so sent MULTIPLE emails to request a refund and proof of payment. No answers from their customer service team and their phone number doesn’t even work. Horrible experience and I better hear back ASAP or I’ll take every single measure necessary. Trust me I have TIME.

I am sorry to say that I was so disappointed with the quality of these glasses there were the Gucci wrap around black and when I receive them two or three days late they had marks on the bottom and they had scratches on the side and they come all the way from Spain also I was hit with an extra bill of tax for £51 on top of the money that I paid the company so it’s very misleading. The quality of the products is not there. I think they are selling damage goods I emailed them many times they never got back to me dreadful company. Their customer service it doesn’t exist. Shame on you for deceiving your customers your goods have blemishes and scratches unacceptable 

Awful company, took payment from me on August 22nd, today is September 2nd and I have received no order confirmation or delivery updates. They don't answer emails or the phone.
A scam Spanish company, avoid!

Pros: wide variety of sunglasses to choose from, good prices and fast shipping.
Cons: several minutes after I completed my first purchase I had found another pair of glasses and wanted to arrange combined shipping. I immediately contacted the support but never got an answer. So I had to pay for 2 separate shippings (and DHL express isn't cheap). It's a minor issue but maybe the support team could come up with an idea how to address such situations in the future.
