Thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear about your disappointment, and we understand how important it is to be seated close to your family when attending a match.

For the ticket category you selected, the seating arrangement is handled directly by the club, and the official information for this category states that only two seats together can be guaranteed. For bookings of three or more seats, the club may place them as close as possible, which can sometimes mean different rows or sections depending on availability at the time of allocation.

We fully appreciate that this was not the experience you were hoping for, and we regret that we could not offer a different seating arrangement or upgrade after the allocation was completed by the club. Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to the seats once they have been issued.

The match date was not confirmed when you did your booking. It was clearly stated on our website when you decided to book. Also marked on the booking confirmation.

Our recommendation when booking a football trip to either England, Germany, Spain, France, Portugal and Italy is to book Friday-Monday for weekend matches, as the match date can be confirmed as late as the week before. The vast majority of matches are played on Saturday and Sunday, but some matches can also be moved to Friday and Monday. Your match was moved from Sunday to Saturday.

Yes it can be very annoying if the date changes, and if you have not read our conditions or the webpage we have dedicated to inform our customers about match changes, beforehand, it might feel like the worst experience ever. And we really do not want our customers to feel like that!
Therefore it's nice to see that you seem ok with the e-mail reply you received this morning from our team at OLKA Express.
Saw that you were informed about a possible name change of the tickets if you cannot attend and also reminded you that the game was not confirmed at the time of you purchase. And that you were informed that We are not allowed to exchange or cancel tickets with our suppliers. This is clearly stated in the terms and conditions you accept when completing the booking.

Please note: The football clubs do not send out tickets until 1-3 days before the game to their authorized suppliers.
