I’m very happy with my experience at Olvida. I purchased the Mesoestetic Densimatrix and the Brightening Foam, and I’m really happy with both products.
I also received 2 small gifts from Olvida that I really appreciate . I really appreciated the personal advice and recommendations they gave me via email as well. Such great service and attention to detail. Highly recommend Olvida!

Even though I don’t use the majority of their products, I can tell that they only sell high quality/good recommended products which leaves a good first impression on me. I think I will be purchasing from this site from now on!

I used to get my mesoestetic cosmetics from my beautician, but I always thought they were too pricey. So I started looking around and found Olivida shop. Their prices are way better, the package came fast, and the packing was gorgeous. Plus, I got some freebies! I'm super happy with my order and totally recommend it!

I appreciate knowing products are pretty, well packed and delivered! But more important for me would be to read about the experience the users has had after trying a specific product. Much better yet , name of the product , what was the intended “problem” target , what was the result.

The delivery never came to my house
The delivery never came to my house, it then delivered 40 minutes from my house which I don’t have time to collect

I just checked up on your order and saw that Post NL went to your house (according to the delivery driver) but was not able to drop off your order. It then automatically goes to the nearest Pick-up point.
From your message I understand that you don't have time to collect it from there. Which I understand, 40 minutes is a long distance and we have never encountered this with other customers.
Please get in touch with us through our customer service channels, either via mail klantenservice@olivida.nl or trough our livechat on the webshop. We have a few solutions in mind and would like to know which one suits you best.

Offered free gift (eye elixir) if buy…
Offered free gift (eye elixir) if buy two items. Charged me for the free gift. 250$ total. Unable to contact them as no phone number available and did not return email. Product seems good but small quantity for price. Reviews say packaging cute. Mine was in bubble wrap. No box nothing but the bottles.
Won't buy again because can't contact and scammed me out of free elixir. Will probably post on BBB.
Was responded by company that they don't ship to US however they have opened the company in US. I get emails weekly from the US branch. Their product shipped from LA were Oliveda F07, Oliveda F59 and the eye serum that was supposed to be free. My beautician is a rep for the product which when I went on line I put in her name to order. So the response is incorrect
