i’m so happy with my order. they had so many cute sanrio stuff that are sold out everywhere else and the price is reasonable. they gave me free things too which i’m so grateful for and everything was packaged so nice and neatly. arrived quickly too!

I received my order extremely fast, in perfect condition and thoughtfully packaged. I had to return one product and the returns process was very smooth. The customer service representative that dealt with my order was understanding and kind. I definitely recommend placing an order with them!

Fantastic experience with them. They sent the order quickly, and each item I ordered was in a cute little bag. Whoever packed my order, I want to give them a huge thank you. They must have been able to see my favourite characters from my order, so when it came to the random bonus items they seemed to select the characters they knew I’d like. I’ll be using them again :)

Very endearing little banner of cats wearing sealife hats which l am very pleased with the look of. However, at a total cost including postage of £15+, it is very expensive for a smallish cardboard and string thing, however kawaii.

Genuinely such a great store! Second time ordering from them and I'm even more impressed! They had run out of stock of an item but were sure to replace it with a similar substitute as well as a refund for the item! Plus I was incredibly moved by the personal touch added to my order from their buying trip to Japan, it really made me feel like an appreciated and valued customer! I highly recommend buying from this store as not only are there a huge range of items at affordable prices but their customer service is top tier too!

I purchased some items from OhMyTokyo and not only were the items in perfect condition and just as described but the customer service is fantastic! I left a note in my order asking to provide a gift note as the order was a gift. They sent out an email shortly after I placed my order which was quite late in the night, to confirm my choices as I might not have been clear and not only did they provide a gift note, they also provided a free Christmas card and other free items too! The free items were lovely and were somehow very well suited for the recipient so thank you so much! I am one happy customer and can't wait to place my next order soon. :)
