The order was a bit delayed due to logistics, but I got proper update about the order status. Friendly people, good quality product. Strongly recommended.

This was a great buying experience! The online order arrived within one day, I got to try it on in the shop and got very helpful and kind consultancy from the experts!
It was such a great experience! I’m so happy with purchase and can only warmly recommend the shop.

Bought some gloves for a Christmas present. Unfortunately dive ocean sold the item for someone else after my purchase. To bad. The worst was the lack of communication about the issue.
A week later I contacted them, but the only thing they could offer were item to 2-3 times the price.
At least there was no problem canceling the order.

A successful dive camp with OW junior certification for my daughter.
The journey started even before ordering the camp/course where personal contact and guidance were incredible. The course was well planned and tailored to suit the participants' level. Very positive experience and best recommendations from us.

Probably a scam site. (low stock, cancelling orders against your will)
I ordered (and payed for) a dive computer for 1000EUR more than 11 days ago.
Nothing happend. So I sent them my first email 4 days ago (after 1 week from my order), my second email yesterday. Filled the contact form on their "contact us" page yesterday morning and contact them in facebook in the afternoon.
Asking them (4 times) when they would post my order when i would get it.
They have never replied.
And the site is down at the moment while i am writing this review.

Update:
In brief: They cancelled my order after 21 days against my will. They still offer this product with discount on their site.

1st email from them after 12 days. I placed my order on 24/03/2023.

05/04/2023 email:
"We are still waiting for the shearwater computer" "C is on holiday"

Shearwater and C is to blame.

I had no idea until now that they did anything with my order.

11th of April email:
"Tomorrow we should know more about the new scheduled delivery from Shearwater. We are sorry for the lack of sending the item to you, but we made a mistake with a "demo" computer, that we thought was new in the box. Again sorry and we will get back to you asap. "

They changed the narrative. "demo" computer is to blame.

12th of April email: They found out that they have a bad review from me.
They wanted to know what to do now. They thought " just cancel the order and everybody goes their happy" But I refused this. I ordered the dive computer well before my dive trip. They are using my money more than 20 days. I explaind that all we know that the "demo computer" explanation is BS since they offer this dive comptuer in three colors, but they never asked me if i accept it in other color. So they were not in stock in either color. But they tried to trick me with this BS.

13th April: Cancelled my order against my will (21 days after my order)
I think It could take another 30 days to get back my money.

THE PROCUCT IS STILL ON THEIR WEBSITE WITH DISCOUNT.

I orderd it here because here was the lowest price.
But it is a scam, the product is still not in stock after 21 days from my order . ( and i am sure they dont know when will it in stock, otherwise they could keep their promise and share it with me insted of cancelling my order.)

What should they have done?
After my order within some day they should have contact me to inform me that the product is not in stock (neither color) and it could take 30 days (but i am sure they wont get any shipment from shearwater in the next 7 days) but rather 45-60 days to get my dive computer and do I still want the order anyway?

Perhaps this is the case with many more products too.

You could check all our emails on g.maps (where it is possible to upload pics)
(Oceandivedk is lying, this review was post on 04/04/2023 they sent this/the mentioned email the next day, not 3 hours before)

I ordered it 30 days before my dive trip.
If 30 days is express then yes i need it express. LOL.

You have never sent me anything I should have answered.
You just blaming C, holidays, demo computer and shearwater and asking more time .

But you have time to post new videos on fb/social media???
You shared 5 new posts/videos since my order.
But you could not replied me in the first 11 days. How could that add up?

Danish national living in Dubai, contacted Oceandive.dk with regards to a diving computer, excellent communication, item was shipped the second I had completed the banktransfer it arrived basically at my doorstep within 48 hours, well done. I will most certainly do my dive-gear shopping with Oceandive in the future.

Note: The shop was happy to make a non VAT sale as my item was shipped outside the EU.
