Worst shopping experience ever

Worst shopping experience ever
I ordered their Subaru SAI delete kit. The provided gaskets had the correct dimensions. The actual plate that bolts onto it is wrong. The holes are too close to eachother, the bolt tries to crossthread into the cylinderhead at an angle. Contacted the seller, sent images of the issue, tried on two different engines using five different delete kits I had ordered and none worked. Seller insisted it is the correct dimension and only offered 10% cashback for the inconvenience... Returning the item would be on my cost. The item flew in to me from China with Chinese labels, but the address I gotta send it to is in the US and shipping costs more than the price of 5 SAI deletes...
After buying some expensive drills I was able to make the holes bigger and use bigger washers to make it fit my car but I had to buy tools just to make it fit...

Returns made impossible: 30% fee, US-only return, emails blocked

Ordered a hydraulic patient lift wheelchair (EUR 716.88) in November 2025. Delivery to Germany worked fine. When I requested a return within the legal period, the problems started.

Instead of processing a refund, OONooo demanded video proof, offered escalating discounts (5%, 8%, 10%, 18%) to keep the item, and eventually required return shipment to the USA at my expense plus a 30% restocking fee. Their email bounces messages as "spam." This is despite advertising "Germany only" shipping and listing German warehouse locations on their website.

I have filed a complaint with econsumer.gov. If you are considering ordering from this shop, be aware that returns are effectively made impossible.
