The process was easygoing, the website is clear and straight forward, the print quality is fine for digital printing. The only negative point was the 90g paper used for the interior of my book. It is very transparent so you can see the letters on the other side of the paper and also whats written on the following page. But again, for the price I wouldnt expect more. I'll choose thicker paper next time.

So far I did about 5 orders with onlineprinters. Quality is fine, but delivery time is bad. There is much room for improvement.... I missed already critical delivery dates like I ordered early enough products prior an event and I got the good after the event.

4 times 25'000 flyers ordered
4 times 25'000 flyers ordered. 2 packages with total 50'000 flyers wrong printed (no back-side) and wrong cut (cut into pictures and text). No answer 48 hours after telling onlineprinters. Still waiting.

Delivery timings not respected
The company announces delivery timing of three working days once files and payments are received. Turns out, it takes over 5 working days. My order arrived too late and their claim system is useless as you cannot enter any comment. You can just click on things and ask for a partial refund when, I believe this is a breach of contracts and they should refund the whole thing. Still waiting for feedback

Why Onlineprinters have earned 5-star performance!
I've been using Onlineprinters for many years, mainly printing A5 + A4 flyers and brochures, envelopes, business cards as well as sourcing certain publicity items.
Overall, the finished product workmanship is excellent and totally in line with generally very competitive pricing.
So, when evaluating price, physical quality, finish quality, shipping forecast times, and the overall package of their customer support service, I believe they deserve their 5 stars!
