We are really happy about our hair dryer. Shipping to France was a little bit long but it was worth waiting !

not worth the hype

large, clumsy and curls do not hold in my fine hair.
I'm honestly 10x faster with just a hairdryer and a round brush and get the same result.
If you have hours to style your hair, go for it. If you're a normal human being with a busy schedule and/or kids, forget it.

Good product, delayed delivery, somewhat clumsy customer service

Product comes in a beautiful box where it can be stored. My hair is thin and I am not very crafty with it, so it always looks dull when I dry it out with regular blower. This prpduct makes it look like it was done by professional. I used only the blow out and flattening brush, because I do not like curles. I can recommend the product for people who need a quicker solution for a nice looking hair or like me do not know how to make it look nice.
One star off due to customer service. I waited 1 month for delivery. I was promised to get a heat protecting spray as a compensation for delayed delivery, which never arrived. Not that I need it badly, but it is about principle and taking care of customers properly.
