Quick and good service.

It's practically impossible to reach the seller. I tried to cancel, but was simply ignored.

Excellent experience from start to finish! The service was outstanding, the delivery was fast and everything arrived exactly as expected. Nobody called me or replied to my inquiry! I wanted to send back the package as this was wrong and doesn’t fit my Viano!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately my experience with OMAC deserves one.

I exercised my right of withdrawal shortly after placing my order and contacted customer service immediately. Despite several emails and multiple attempts to reach them by phone, I received little to no meaningful assistance. It often felt like my emails were not even being read, as I repeatedly received generic responses that did not address my situation. The phone was never picked up, although i called for over 2h in total.

I asked them to stop the shipment before it was handed over to the carrier, but they claimed this was not possible. Communication was extremely frustrating, and it was almost impossible to reach anyone who could actually help.

In the end, I had to refuse delivery to avoid even more inconvenience. The entire process caused unnecessary stress and wasted a lot of my time.

I am now hoping that at least my refund will be processed without further complications. After everything that has happened so far, I sincerely hope this part of the process will be handled professionally.

Good customer service is especially important when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, that is exactly where OMAC failed in my case. I hope they improve their communication and start treating customer requests with more care.

Order processing and delivery went smoothly; I’m giving one star for that. The product itself is a disaster. Some of the aluminum profiles are bent and have not been deburred. One item delivered was completely wrong and—despite the "model guarantee"—does not fit the specified vehicle (side sliding door).

my order arrived from across the border in two days, I installed it immediately on my car windows and they work perfectly. I am so happy!

My package was sent to the wrong address. Employees refused to help me correct the address twice. In particular, their clerk suggested that I resolve my issues myself. This type of customer service is unacceptable. I strongly recommend that no one do business with OMAС. Their employ rude people.

I received the damaged parts.due to their poor conditioning.The parts are too fragile to travel in that packaging.

Scam! I've been waiting for weeks. No sign of shipment or any tracking of it. First retailer claimed that my shipment had arrived. Now I'm being put off week after week.
