It’s a ok game if you need a few dollars in your pocket you definitely won’t get rich but it comes in handy but I’m so unsatisfied with the ending results of the tournament with me being in 2nd place all I got was $1.03 out of 26,000 that’s a upset

: Unable to Get Help With a Technical Issue
I've been trying to get help from JustPlay for the past couple of weeks regarding a problem with my tournament points/rewards.
I've contacted support several times, but I keep receiving the same response telling me to update the app to version 1.0.78 or a newer version and contact support through the app instead of email.
The problem is that version 1.0.78 is no longer available to me, and I'm having trouble finding a way to properly contact support through the app. So I'm basically being sent in circles: I contact support by email, and I'm told to contact them through the app, but I can't get the support option I need through the app.
I've explained this problem multiple times, but I continue to receive the same response instead of someone actually looking into my account and the tournament issue.
I am asking JustPlay to please look into this situation and provide an actual way for me to communicate with someone who can resolve the problem. I'm not asking for another automated response telling me to update to a version that I can't access.
I like using the app, but this support experience has been extremely frustrating. I would really appreciate it if someone from JustPlay would actually review my situation and contact me with a solution.
JustPlay, please help me resolve this issue instead of sending me the same response over and over.

I was enjoying playing on the app until a few days ago, when I was contacted by Michael to say I had won 100 dollars as this weeks top spinner, and was ask for my email so he could send a payment too.

I questioned why it couldn't be added to my rewards and why they need my email

Then griffin joined the conversation as said please supply your email you don't want yo miss out.

So reluctantly I did, since then ....

No one has responded to me
No payment has been sent
Not Very professional

I will no longer use your app and would advise people against doing so.

You fail to respond to any message I sent on your help chat

I now feel I have been SCAMMED by your team.

I am so thoroughly disappointed with this app - I came in first on a tournament this week that was supposed to pay $50000 between 3 players - instead they threw me on a list for another tournament that pays less- you can’t cash out under .05 but they don’t add your winnings together so you lose it- all I’ve gotten is pocket change after playing for months & months - which really doesn’t add up to much in the long run - & trying to contact them is a joke - they NEVER respond

I achieved my 1st $20 reward but haven't received it

I am not sure know what to said: but I feel exactly the same as many other’s player as well, at one point at the tournament I spend so many hour and time and come in second place and win 2 dollars. And Just a few day ago Just Play switches to face verification, which I don’t even have any other account using under same email or username I can’t even Cash out my small Share. There No real person who will actually will respond back to any of the email. Which they claim their Verification is 100% Good. The pay is so small pay and people.

Do not waste your time
thinking your going to make a substantial amount of money on this game it will literally take you an entire day to make a dollar if that I know because I did this yesterday because I wanted to get in on their $18,000 tournament action that ended today. Well yesterday I think I got a total of .96 and I played for several hours which I will not do again. The tournament I came in top 5 what a joke didnt even make 2 bucks!The ads are unbelievable they have small ads that pop up during the game while your playing as if the ads you have to watch just to get tokens that you really aren’t even credited for to begin with. So I would like to know where all this big money they advertise is what a joke!! Ppl save your time and find another cash game cause there is more out there.

Another game app that pays very little and they want you to sell your soul for $1. This is stupid and ridiculous. They want facial, ID give me a break so everybody reading this take. S heed this is just the beginning of the takeover of our monetary system by requiring that everybody does a facial ID. Remember in the Bible, it says no one will be able to buy or sell.Well, they're not gonna allow me to have a whole big giant pay.So unless they do a facial recognition , no way in hell am I doing it for 1 peso. Maybe for a 100 bucks, but I don't even think so.There , so s**** y** go to hell where you belong.

Im having trouble with the point and adverts everyone else is still moving i watch 10 advert and nothing has come through

This company makes you play games to earn coins, the catch is the games have ads that pay JustPlay for their users watching the ads, the point is to watch as many ads as possible so they pass the earnings on to you (a percentage) well that percentage is very flip floppy, it can be $4-$5 for 500,000 coins or it could be $0.18 for 3 million coins. It makes no sense, there's no way to play until you reach your goal because your payouts vary wildly each time. Also, they lie. Do not waste your time on the tournaments, I played for a week being told the top ranked take home their share of $80,000... I placed 3rd overall out of my group of 50 players (I was tied with second place actually so technically we should have both won 2nd place) but yea 50 people that play, and one weeks worth of tournament play won me $0.11 !!!! What a crock of bs.

Also, the games claim watching a bonus video will earn 2x the rewards and that's also a scam and a lie. They pay exactly the same if you don't watch those, and also, watch those videos for "boosted payouts" and after a minute of gameplay following the video, the game will crash!! Open it back up and it will make you watch the "boost" video again instead of giving you the time they took by glitching you out of the game! Also, I've always cashed out PayPal, and just suddenly they don't give the PayPal option and force me to cash out to charity? Wtf!! I'm definitely reporting this to the CA attorney general and can't wait to watch them get thier license pulled for fraudulent activity. This game goes wayy outside the consumer protections. I will continue to report justplay daily until they learn their lesson for ripping everyone off and wasting their time. I cannot wait for the class action lawsuit that comes from this shady hoopla!

After 3 hours of playing game and 8 million points the only thing I was awarded was 35 cents. Definitely not with anyone's time to play if you really want to make any type of money. I don't know how they can even conceive to think that a person's time stay for 3 hours playing the game would be only worth 35 cents. There should definitely be a law against something like that.

I refuse to give more than 1 star until customer service responds to ALL my emails on July 24th I was playing the carsoul event and the way i play i save my spins until I accumulate either 20, 40, 60, or 100 spins to increase my chances of hitting diamonds or the $50 ot $100 spot on the wheel. We'll anyway I hit $50 dollar on the wheel but the game froze and it never paid me my $50 I have a screenshot of it. I have reached out to customer support in the app, via email, and I even contacted Google play customer support who assured me they would respond and they never did i am hoping customer service will see the negative review and finally respond. I have since then hit $50 and it paid out this is actually the best play abd earn app I have ever played in have earned $265.00 since June 20th 2026, but I still want my other $50 because I earned it. So if customer service reads this please respond to the abundance of emails I have sent you and get this cleared up so I can give your app ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The carousel spins are ridiculous 😞 I've never ever ever ever won any big prizes and I've never got any prizes from the promotions they run the tournament wins is not worth it lies 😔 u should pay better not small amounts

Funny how I couldn’t write a review unless I put three stars. Tried just putting two but it wouldn’t let me write a review. You know how they have tournaments and if you’re like the top five he supposed to get big money I came in second place and I think I got .70! According to that tournament they were gonna split thousands of dollars and he had to be in the top five but that didn’t happen for me. So I went to you know follow their steps help contact all that but you just go in circles because you don’t have the option For not winning the amount of money they say you’re gonna win in the tournament. So I found via Google an email address. I can email my situation too, and their response was to tell me to go back into the app and do it that way however you can’t so there’s the problem they make sure you can’t so they don’t have to deal with it because all you’re dealing with is some I bought who takes you in circles and you don’t get anything accomplished. When you spend hours and hours and hours and days and days to try to be in the top five and then you are, and they don’t even give you a dollar It’s a total lie. It’s a total crock in a scam. You can make a few dollars here in a few dollars there, but that’s busting your ass for hours and days watching a Bajillion commercials or ads and then in the end they don’t even do what they say they’re gonna do Now they say give it time because it can take 60 minutes while they’ve had 16 hours and still nothin.

I love playing just play if you need a $1 or $2 you really don’t make much money for the time you put in playing there games the money don’t match my next problem is when you enter the tournament and you be in first place it say $20.000 up for grabs you thinking you going to get $5000 for top winner you get $1.84 you been playing consistently for 4 days that’s not fair at all but I bet they getting a nice percentage there self just think about it even if it is split between the top players no not right at all

Its not good they have updated the app twice sinse my last review and they have altered the amount of coins you need to collect just to make pennies i have been playing it for a long time and finally manged to get in to double figures with prize money but came back on this morning to notice they have moved the goal posts again so cashed in and now I will delete the app like is said before it is not a user friendly app it is developer friendly the amount of ads is unbelievable so dont use this app

Not worth the effort in competition I reach 1 place and I get the 0.62p waste of time and in additional full of ads no one pays you for free as all this apps people open your eyes it does not even have a enjoyable games

I've learned how to male the most out of it . Its quite rewarding once u get all the inner workings of its entirety and cam them make it qork for u. I average 80 to 100 bucks per month but ive made just over 200 this month alone and the month isnt over yet.

I'm frustrated every time I get higher up the game starts paying only a Penny but today I'm playing and all the sudden the game rest back to starting all over so I'm know waiting 24 hours to maybe it start giving me challenges again and then it's still waiting a long time in between getting a new challenge WHY DID THE GAME GLICH AND MAKE ME START AT THE BEGINNING AGAIN IM PISSED

Instead of a fair split, my payout was a mere $4.32.This is a clear bait-and-switch tactic to drive ad revenue and harvest user engagement under false financial pretenses. This issue is widespread among players. I have already filed formal complaints with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), reported them to Apple and Google Play compliance for app store violations, and sent a formal corporate dispute letter to Gimica/JustPlay GmbH management. Check your internal data logs for my account. Fix your predatory payout structures
