Order never delivered. The app told me it was delivered. The restaurant confirmed the food was sitting there but the order was showing as collected and delivered in their system so there was nothing they could do. Sent 3 emails, no response. Tried to use their chat but it’s just AI with a few options and it won’t connect to a human. Utterly appalling service, I will NEVER use them again, I absolutely do not trust them with my money

Do not order from this company. They deliver late and when food is cold or spoilt they refuse to help or refund! I will never use them again. Awful customer service

Avoid just eat like the plague, absolutely appalling delivery service, ordered twice using just eat and both orders took over 1 hour and a half to be delivered or they havent been delivered at all. Fun Fact of the day order direct from restaurant it’s cheaper, just eat add extra on to the price of the food which is unnecessary

Food was missing from the meal. When I contacted them they were not interested, so you pay full price for a meal and don’t get the full meal. They are always late delivering but I always let that go. They are a disgrace and should not be trading. I will never use them again and deleting my account. Please please use another delivery company.

Ordered some food from McDonald’s at 14:00 on a Saturday (today)… 16:00+ it’s still not been delivered. Spoke to McDonalds and they were useless (as predicted) and said I’d just need to wait.. how long, exactly? 3 weeks? 🤷🏻‍♀️

Tried to contact Just Eat and you basically can’t do that. Finally, managed to cancel my order and they have the audacity to say I could be charged for my order due to cancelling it? What? Fairly certain that’s illegal! Won’t be paying for a product/service I didn’t even receive, thanks!

Scammers! Deleted my Just Eat account and I won’t be using them ever again.

Would give 0* if I could, spent over £50 on food, just eat driver took over an hour to deliver, food was stone cold, was on the way then drove to the next town over, only delivered half of my order and half of someone else's, one of the bags was open and one item was missing, the delivery driver was very rude, took food back to where I ordered from, they offered me a plastic cup as compensation, took photos, sent photos to just eat, also spoke with them by email, extremely rude and unprofessional, refused to give me a refund, had to spend more money somewhere else, absolutely disgusting

This was absolutely unacceptable, and the way Just Eat handled my complaint was disgraceful.

My order arrived damaged and completely messed up. I ordered beans but received coleslaw instead. The coleslaw had opened and spilled all over the bag, including over the Coca-Cola can and other items.

I reported the problem and provided photographic evidence, yet instead of properly resolving it, Just Eat refused to refund me and effectively ignored a legitimate complaint.

I paid for the correct food to arrive in an acceptable condition. I did not pay to receive the wrong item spilled all over the rest of my order, and I should not have to fight for my money back when the evidence clearly shows that the order was incorrect and damaged.

You took my money, failed to provide what I ordered, delivered the food in an unacceptable condition, and then failed to take responsibility when I complained.

This is terrible customer service. I expect Just Eat to properly review this case and refund me for the incorrect and damaged order.

Should be called Just Don’t.. Food not delivered, they refuse to give me my money back, have to go through bank. Not the first time they take no accountability for errors or wrong food. Had enough deleted app.

Extremely disappointing experience. This company is completely incompetent, with virtually no customer service, communication, or understanding of its customers. The level of service is unacceptable and seriously needs to be addressed. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Words will never explain how much I loath just eat. I don't understand how they're in business with the amount of people they let down on a constant. The stupid decisions that get made and the the sheer lack of accountability they show is ridiculous.

Stay well away from this delivery service. Will not refund my money even though the food I bought was returned. Disgusting company

I placed an order that had a 30min delivery time. 30 minutes later it jumped to 2 ½ hours (I will get it in 1hr 45 mins from now).

just-eat will let me cancel the order providing I pay the full amount.

I rang the restaurant directly who told me that had I ordered via Deliveroo I would have been able to cancel with a full refund.

This company is essentially a scam.

Restaurant was about 3-4 minutes driver

Driver collected order at 20:03 and then went completely the wrong way , by the time they got to me which was 20:25 the bag had been ripped open and our food was stone cold.

I refused to take it but and then the non-English speaking delivery driver woman refused to leave

In the end after she waited outside for another 20-30 mins she decided to leave the open bag of food outside my front door which if I hadn’t of seen would of attracted rats and foxes…. This is clearly okay in their country but not ours !

After sending 3 emails to just eats I received the wonderful email saying on this occasion we will not be refunding you…. Even though when someone called me from their driver support (also couldn’t really speak a word of English) they said they would be refunding me.

I wish they would get rid of all these wasters. Send you codes for special deals that dont exist, waste your time when you think " oh okay thats a good deal" then after entering the order the code doesnt exist. Example for Dominos - really long code that doesnt work, so you try JE, and no option to use code. Unsubscribed but I can guarantee they will still send messages. Ticked the cookies options and turned everything off so no marketing...low and behold, marketing emails

Ordered from Charcoal grill mill hill. They took longer then they should have, sent me cold flipping food and the driver had an attitude because I am pissed off

2 nights in a row I have had problems with Just Eats. Last night the food was supposedly delivered but was not actually received and tonight the app indicated that the food would be delivered between 22h45 and 23h05 but by 23h30 we had to walk to the restaurant to collect our food as the food had been made and the restaurant was closed but they were waiting for Just Eats to collect the food to deliver. Needless to say we paid for a delivery fee and had freezing cold food. This will be the last time I use Just Eats

Useless company. Can't be trusted with online payments and has no customer services to speak of, they just palm you off with bland emails that solve nothing.

Very poor inconsistent service. Last 2 takeaway orders arrived much later than planned, with various changes to approximate delivery time and on both occasions cold. The first complaint we got a £2.50 back with an apology, straightaway. The second complaint, 4 days later, still waiting for them to get back to us.
