We needed tiles at very short notice and Adam was really helpful from start to finish. He helped us source exactly what we needed last minute, and although next day delivery wasn't available online, he processed our order quickly and arranged express delivery so our project wasn't delayed.
He also kept us updated throughout, which was really appreciated. Genuinely helpful service – we'd definitely use them again.

Very easy to place the order and good after sales support. Delivery made on schedule as promised.

The delivery was on time and price competitive. Easy to order online.However the corners of both boxes delivered were squashed and about 10 tiles had at least one corner damaged. I had ordered more due to box size and managed to finish the job.

Order process was simple and easy to follow. Tiles well packed for delivery also. Will reorder again.

Great company to deal with, when I ordered the ceiling frame and tiles I was informed every step of the way from day it was going to be delivered right down to the time , when the tiles arrived we had a slight issue with a damaged tile which was replace by the next day... top service and quality equipment .. Very impressed with the service I have received from Adam across the several orders I have placed this week. He has been very helpful and efficient and all orders have arrived when requested.

I ordered some replacement tegular ceiling tiles from JCS which arrived damaged, however after contacting JCS the replacements arrived very quickly.I mainly spoke with Dan in sales who resolved any issues I had .This is great customer service as you only test the true mettle of a trader when things go t*ts up.JCS passed with flying colours.Definitely recommend them.They use DPD who are also in my opinion very good as they waited patiently while I checked every tile the poor sods. Second time I have used this company to supply me with false ceiling lagging which is sealed in a black plastic bag.

I had a very difficult situation as the job was at a church and so I had to be present for delivery.

I had no other work onsite and Dan arranged an AM delivery.

Delivery arrived as stated 10.15 and delivery drivers were absolutely fabulous and extremely accommodating.

I recently purchased some prismatic diffusers from this company to replace some that were showing signs of age and wear in our local village hall. The diffusers arrived in under 48 hours, were of excellent quality, and extremely well packaged to ensure their arrival in perfect condition. I believe my calls were answered by Dan McLardie but whoever they were always courteous and extremely helpful. Prices are very competitive completed with a prompt delivery service. The delivery driver was also very helpful and pleasant.

We had an extension to an existing suspended ceiling and the quality of service and help was amazing, but the best part was the delivery was so first class with delicate ceiling tiles packed in ways to eliminate all damage. What a great company to do business with i made a mistake and ordered the wrong sizes this was on Wed 5th Aug i contacted them on Thu 6th to inform no problem my money was refunded and i re-ordered the correct size and GET THIS the items arrived noon on Fri 7th this is from Eng to Sco the service was very professional and courteous would recommend this company to anyone who needs Prismatic Diffusers I tried most of the big Electrical companies in Dundee and was informed by they are not used anymore went on computer and found this company J.C.S keep up the good work
