Billie recently attended to a wasp nest located in my garden. He was able to attend within 2 hours of my logging the call with JG and did an excellent, efficient job. I would not hesitate to recommend either him or JG Pest Control as a business for any pest control needs

The operative contacted me when he was on his way from his previous job. Once on site he fully explained what he was doing and why. He promptly got on with the job and was happy to answer my questions about the treatment, before leaving the site.

Abiodun (Abbey) Green-Adebo Was beyond professional. This experience was a lot better and reassuring than the last one. Not that that first guy did anything wrong but Abbey came in, he looked around, he told us what he was going to do step by step, he gave us some great advise on what we needed to do and I just can’t fault him. Very professional, very friendly, very informative. Couldn’t be happier with the service we have recived. You can tell he’s very thorough with his work and takes the job seriously. He really cared about working towards a solution for us instead of telling us that even though we’ve spent that amount of money, they will never really be gone. Thank you

Alistair, arrived on time. He was very efficient and polite. He took the time to explain what he would be doing and then very quickly got on with the job in hand.

Phillip Marshall was very knowledgeable and reassuring. Managed to get a same day visit (within 3 hours) which was a huge help as we were anxious to get it resolved.

Everything wasn't correct - your emplyee was expecting to do something different to what I understood was being done. Yhis was not his fault and he handled it well.
He reviewed what was now required and has submitted his findings and I have now received a new quote for the additional work.

Very happy with the service I received. I know this is an extremely busy time of year for wasp problems, but they came out as quickly as they could.

Notified by email day before visit with an idea of the time of arrival. Text sent saying when they will arrive, task carried out with no fuss.

Alastair has been great throughout the treatment process, very friendly and approachable, and readily offering advice. Today he gave tips to help ensure the vermin do not return during the winter; currently they've been completely eradicated, which happened quickly, around 2nd visit. Service including customer service has been first class, I have no hesitation in recommending the company.

The service is great, from very helpful friendly people on the phone through to the people that carry out the work. And the email appointment updates work a treat
