Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Considering 88 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many customers found the product ineffective for weight loss, often reporting no change or even weight gain. Reviewers frequently noted that the received ingredients, typically just apple cider vinegar and sugar, did not match advertised claims, leading to widespread dissatisfaction with product quality and concerns about advertising accuracy. Many customers also faced significant challenges obtaining refunds, with some reporting no communication or being denied due to strict return policies. Order issues were common, including receiving incorrect products or more items than purchased, all while feeling the price was too high for the actual product. Conversely, a small portion of people were satisfied, reporting positive experiences with the gummies supporting their weight goals and improving energy levels.

Jelly Lean product I received does not…

Jelly Lean product I received does not contain the ingredients that are listed on their site. The only thing in mine is apple cider vinegar and sugars. This product has zero impact and is not what it represented. Do not buy this product anywhere you see it.

Jellylean is not the product it claims…

Jellylean is not the product it claims to be. It did nothing for me and when I tried to refund it after using it for 50 days they refused because it was from order date not received date....I list 21 days.
The ingredients listed are not what the advertisement claims is in it.
As far as I'm concerned it's a scam...an expensive one. Not happy

I wouldn’t even buy it

I wouldn’t even buy it. Just wasted over half hour watching the so-called (who said it wasn’t about money). B.S. to start the video , it was said you o ly need 3 ingredients that u already have in your pantry. Which keeps you interested to the boring end, where they end up telling you anything but the three ingredients. Not happy. They probably won’t post this

I would rate this a zero if I could

I would rate this a zero if I could. I saw this ad with Oprah and Jillian Michaels and thought I would try it. First of all they made you buy three bottles but they gave you a 60 day guarantee. Secondly they do not work! When you write to the company for a refund you get nothing. There should be a way to keep these scammers from selling stuff with false advertising. Who protects the customers from them? Bottom like is do not purchase this product it is head to toe fraudulent advertising

These are nothing but Apple Cider…

These are nothing but Apple Cider Vinager gummies. All the other things that are in the video are not in this product. I want my money back but I have no way to find out where to request this. It is a scam.

Do not expect it to work or get your refund.

I purchased this item in April 2026. I took it exactly as prescribed along with a very controlled diet. It tastes awful but I tried it for over a month. I gained 4 POUNDS!!! I contacted the company 5 times to return the product. It is very expensive! I returned the unused product. I have my receipt of purchase and the receipt when I mailed it back. I have been trying to resolve this issue since May. I keep getting the same runaround… time after time. It will now be turned over to my Credit Card Company. I would NEVER recommend this product to anyone. Jellylean is currently being investigated as of April. I personally hope it will be completely shut down. The public deserves better.

JellyLean DOES NOT WORK!

We got a 90 day supply. Did NOT do one thing towards weight loss or appetite suppression. We DO NOT recommend. I have asked for a refund since it was guaranteed. Not holding my breath.

A big waste of money

Does not work. It is supposed to contain Japanese green tea extract, acerola extract and tumeric and piperine. Ingredients are gelatin and apple cider vinegar. I bought six bottles and paid way to much for them and they didn't do what was inferred.

BOLD FACE LIES

I, too, fell for the promotional ads for the product “Jelly Lean.” The ad that drew my attention featured Jillian Michaels' promotional videos and Sarena Williams’ testimony about the product's effectiveness. It also showed an image of Dr. OZ speaking about the product's breakthrough weight-loss ingredients. I should have known better, but like most people who want and need help controlling their weight, I purchased 7 bottles. After 98 days of continued recommended use, I saw ZERO weight-loss results. And yes, stupidly, I pushed through the 60-day money-back guarantee period, trusting that the product would eventually work. From the reports I’ve read, attempts to get the company to honor the 60-day guarantee were met with little, if any, success.
As it turned out, these promotional videos were all AI-generated or AI-influenced.
There is no credible evidence that Jillian Michaels supports or endorses Jelly Lean. In fact, Jillian Michaels has publicly stated that:
• Ads and videos claiming she endorses Jelly Lean or a "gelatin trick" for weight loss are fake.
• Her name, image, and voice have been used without her permission in deceptive online advertisements.
If someone wants to verify that I was a customer, I’ll gladly provide my order numbers.
Do your due diligence before you buy. I could have saved a lot of money by simply checking the available independent reviews.
BOTTOM LINE, THE PRODUCT IS BS!!!

The claims about this product are totally false.

The claims about this product are totally false. Before even finishing my original order they are saying many people have great results by taking it 3 times a day instead of just once a day. So they are trying to upsell you. After 64 days on the product including 21 of those days on the 3 times a day protocol, I have not lost a pound. When I tried to contact them through a link on an email from them it was blocked and called malicious. I found another contact source and was told that the product is supposed to work as a joint support so you are able to work out more. Say what? That's the first I've heard that. I was 4 days past my refund window. Such a scam!!

I received my "Jelly Lean" a few days…

I received my "Jelly Lean" a few days ago. I thought it was weird that it came with nothing. Just 2 bottles, worse off, it's called Jelly trim. You can buy these bottles for $25, and they contain only apple cider.
I got bait-and-switch products!

Jellylean is nothing but a scam business.

I ordered the Jellylean product and received Apple cider vinegar gummies. After several attempts to reach someone and get a response I was told to return the product and I would receive a full refund. Followed every directed step and received no refund and no communication. Followed up several times. On one occasion I was told the refund was on way. Another time was told the correct product advertised was on the way. After several attempts over several months, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) Today received a response from the BBB informing me that all their attempts to get a response from JellyLean were ignored. Do not deal with this business. Nothing more than a scam.

It is a typical scam

It is a typical scam! I bought 6 bottles, went through two and didn’t even lose 1 pound! of course when it came time for my refund it was 4 days past the 60 day expiration which didn’t make any sense at all?! I placed the order April 14 and I didn’t even receive it till the end of April 🤬. They told me they go 60 days of the order date which is BS! Anyway save your money and don’t get scammed like I did 🤦🏻‍♀️🤬. I wouldn’t even give the product 1 star 🤮

I would have given it a ZERO if I could.

I would have given it a ZERO if available. This is a complete SCAM. Jillian Michaels, OPrah and all other stars that have endorsed this Jelly Lean should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of people that need help losing weight, I listened to Jillian Michaels lie to all of us. She said the Gelatin trick is a natural GLP-1 (pure gelatin, Japanese Green Tea Extract, Hydrolized Colagen, Tumeric and Piperine)
If you read the label It does not contain any of those things. FALSE ADVERTISING. Basically ACV GUMMIES.
Do not Buy.

Don't Do It!

This is a total SCAM! As we all have been told when starting any new medications you should check with your Physician. I didn't listen, went ahead and ordered six (6) bottles, anyway and was charged $320. At the advice of my doctor, I was told to send them back and see a dietician. Once I saw Oprah Winfrey in the video, I just knew this was the real deal. I reached out to Jelly Lean Support on June 10, 2026, for return instructions and have yet to hear from them. I looked up their return policy and met every one of the requirements. Mailed the product back to them and received 6 more bottles today that I didn't order. I've locked my card and will return these as well.
