Avoid JetPay carparks

Avoid, Jetpay does not have easy cancellation as advertised.

After requesting a cancellation and refund of £75.68 they do not respond to emails or their contact us link and the call us number just rings to a voicemail.

There are numerous reports of failed collections also making people walk off airport with luggage and children to holiday inn carparks for collection etc, hence my reason for cancellation.

Now no response and no refund disgusting service from Jetpay and this is a company that wants you to leave vehicle and keys with them, absolutely not....

Finally

I love to travel but parking has always been the biggest inconvenience. I never knew of this website until a friend recommended it and I can honestly say I never knew how much difference cheaper and easier parking can affect a trip. I’m definitely going to keep using Jetpay and I highly recommend anyone travelling does the same!
