Not worth it.
I had a bird nest on my chimney evacuation and I specifically asked for a sweeping made from the top. The technician came, he insisted he needs to do it from the bottom first and then from the top. I agreed even though something was not right.
I was not able to test it when he was there as I was working, and I tested it later in the evening. It didn't work. I filed a complaint without any response. I called another sweeper and he did the job. I have pictures with all the dirt that came out after the first two 'did' their 'job'.
Yet, the invoice is now at the huissars. As a buyer, you are not protected at all from bad services.

Jaimy refused to help with their provided rogue tradesmsan
Requested a routine boiler service. Very unfriendly employee told us to replace our heating system. Didn't service the boiler, but still charged us nearly 200 Euros for a 'diagnostic' and promised a quote for replacement. Didn't follow up.
When we complained to Jaimy, they offered no help whatsoever. This lack of responsibility means the Belfius link is utterly worthless and seemingly even worse than cutting out the middle man and going direct to a professional.

I am happy with the Technicians, they are friendly.The only problem is that they start working after 09;00 in the morning, which to me is late.But the rest, they are perfect, am sartified with their service
