Good at it's job
I don't pay for it, but even still it has been very good. Clean interface and 4 free auto fills a day, and does tracking too. Can't ask for anything more.

Didn't actually land a job
As far as automating, it's awesome! Tailoring resumes and seeing scores on jobs, etc. However, I got 2 interviews out of hundreds of job applications. I haven't landed anything.
