Joyclub Took My Money and Locked Me Out
I paid for a one-month Premium membership, and after less than two weeks, Joyclub blocked my account unless I submitted a video of myself — something never mentioned clearly before purchase.
They refused all reasonable alternatives and denied any refund, despite not providing the full service.
Customer support was completely dismissive and unhelpful.
Very disappointing and feels like a trap for paying users.
I’ve reported them to the German consumer protection agency according to German Consumer Laws.

Not that I'm the slightest bit interested in what they have to offer, but it's hardly good business practise.
Stop it now please.
ETA: Hello Joyclub . . . well then you need to tighten up your own online security measures if individuals are fraudulently using your sites name in phishing emails.
