Had gas engineer Pete who is part of the ICYSolutions today to do a service on my boiler.Pete explained a problem that he had found with my boiler and sorted the issue during a full strip down service.Area was left tidy and would definitely have them again,would recommend to friends and family.

Nightmare at the beginning!

The heatwave was making it impossible to sleep and, like everyone else, we wanted air conditioning fitted yesterday.

Unfortunately there was a national shortage of AC systems, which Iwan explained from the start. He was upfront about the delay and said demand was pushing prices up. Rather than pass those increases on to us, he asked if we could hang on while he sourced the right system and came back with a fixed quote.

We didn’t really want to wait, so we asked another company to quote. They were more expensive, wanted to install a lower-spec unit and, thanks to Iwan, we also learned how important it is to use a REFCOM-accredited installer. That was something we hadn’t even considered before, so thank you for pointing it out.

We now have our AC installed and couldn’t be happier. We’re looking forward to the next hot spell knowing we’ll finally get a good night’s sleep.

Rubbish service front to back, they weren’t interested after realising it wasn’t finance

I messaged ICY late on Friday night about an AC install , Iwan responded straight away. Further discussions over the weekend, site visit Monday morning, install booked for Wednesday, then moved forward to Tuesday. I couldn’t ask for more than that, it’s now Tuesday evening and we are happy customers with an AC unit in our bedroom.
Neat install with everything left clean. I wouldn’t hesitate to use ICY again and definitely recommend them.

Had Iwan and his colleague come and fit me a new boiler today. Happy with the work carried out. Work area cleaned throughly after work was completed and everything has been put back as it was found. Took the time to answer any questions I had and explained in detail anything that I may need to know.

Will be keeping his number for future work and will be recommending him to other in the future👍
