Incorrect info on website
They do not do what they say they do on their website - they don't price match.
I contacted ibk on 28th October, Rosi responded by asking me for the info about the bike I wished to purchase, the turbo levo sl expert carbon 2023, which I had seen for 3000 euros cheaper on a competitors website which was exactly the same year and model that IBK stocked. I sent IBK the link to the other bike shop which clearly showed the price offered by the other bike shop. Eduardo from IBK responded with & I quote "sorry we can't reach that price".
IBK therefore lie on their website.

Please note that the company that I asked IBK to price match is based in Germany - that was very clear in my emails to IBK. I sent them the link to the company in Germany and they refused to price match.
So the reply here is factually incorrect.
Either the person replying to this hasn't carefully read the emails I sent IBK or is deliberately obscuring the lack of integrity of their company. The email I sent was initially for Guns2bike and then I realised that I myself did not want to order from gunstobike because they are in Indonesia and so I then I asked IBK to price match for a company called Bike24 which is based in Germany. IBK refused to price match.

Good Price, good Service
Purchased a Bike here, having it shipped from Spain to Germany.
The teams was very helpful to settle the international transaction.
Only downside was the delayed delivery, but that was on the forwarder and couldn't be affected by IBKbike.

Been almost a month and I've no idea if the bike will ever be delivered
On the 8th of April I ordered a bike from IBKBike.

Not only hasn't the order NOT been completed, they can't give me a status or reason as to why. My attempt(s) to directly contact IBK's customer service (via phone, during their operating hours) results in me being sent to an automated service. To say I'm disappointed, would be an understatement.
Edit( 2 May 2024) Just got word that the bike is being assembled today. Almost a month after the order...
Edit(3 May 2024) No shipment out, nor update on the build progress.
Edit (7 May 2024) Just received word from Rosi that the shipment will be finished and depart today.
Edit (14 May 2024) Bike arrived! Very pleased with the build.

Very positive experience. The web site is good and understandable, though I had some challenges to enter in my own cabinet. IbkBike even has a support while purchasing , and even in German language.
Another thing to consider, is that the delivery partner, at least in Germany, is Dachser. Yes, it is good and quick company, but they had sent me no notice prior to the delivery. Luckily, that day I was at Home-Office. However, if you, personally, were not received a box, then you would have to pick it up somewhere in 10-20km remote place. That is rather inconvenient, especially for the 10-12 large box.
The bike crux is stunning, I have assembled it and tuned it!
