Ionotix is Poor! I Bought a “sequin” top for £35.95. There were no sequins, the 3/4 sleeves were longer than my arms and the quality of material poor. Not worthy of the money,

I asked for a refund and was offered 10% of the price of the item. After much too ing and fro ing, this increased to 30%. They also offered the alternative of money off a new purchase, which I would hardly want to do after this experience. Eventually they said I could return the item to china, by tracked post and at my cost. This would be considerable. I gave up at that point. Avoid this company Ionotix and the whole experience makes me wary of buying any item from china.

I feel scammed! Spent £40 on a power rangers costume. Firstly it took 16 days to arrive and when it did, it looks nothing like what is shown. Looks like my boy is going skydiving rather than saving the world. For £40, I believed it was good quality. I could have just got one locally that would still look better. Extremely disappointed.

Fake and bribes you to give 5 for £4 and u dont even get it plus They sell fake, corrupted hard drives and try to bribe you with £4 to give them a 5-star review. Avoid this shop!

Item looked nothing like i ordered.
Complete scam.
Would never use this company again.
Had to go through bank to get money back.

IONtix has been an appalling experience from start to finish. I ordered two pairs of shoes nine days ago, and nothing has arrived. The “tracking” they provide is completely useless — vague, impossible to follow, and gives no real information about where my order actually is.

For a company taking people’s money, this level of delay and zero communication is unacceptable. At this point, I feel genuinely scammed. I would strongly advise others to avoid IONtix entirely.

Item was nothing like it showed. Pictures were completely different. Showed large portable air con unit, unit that came can fit in my hand. Have asked for a refund but no reply. Website says I have to fit the postage bill to send back. Complete scam website. Do not use.

Edit for follow up to msg below: I have contacted the email, multiple times, and they keep coming back with bogus offers and wont give me any return details. Dont be fooled by scam site.

First class website. No hiccups in ordering plus a ‘new customer’ discount. Great value product enabling more efficient photo presentations. I would definitely recommend. Kevin M
