GOODS NOT ARRIVED - NO REFUND. I ordered goods at the beginning of June. When I hadn’t received them at the beginning of July, I contacted them and was told the delivery couldn’t be made, goods had been returned to a delivery office (courier info not disclosed) and that if I still wanted them, I needed to pay another fee which I should email to them. I asked for a refund and they said as it was a delivery issue they would not do this. It all sounds very dodgy and I will be contacting my bank.

Ordered the 'Healthy Diabetes Meal Guide' which included laminated A4 fold out Portion Plates, Diabetes Food Lists and Meal Plans. Very good. Ordered from Facebook which can be unreliable, but this did what it said and came within 10 days. Lovely easy to follow info, full of photos and in full colour. Very good value and a bargain. Would Recommend.

Waited ages for it to arrive and was disappointed when it did. Not worth the money as it not only was half the size expected, but was cheap material and nothing like the pictures advertised. I complained and they offered me £3 !! Dont be fooled by this company

Love the product,could have been a bit larger as the writing is so small. Overall pleased.

I ordered some anklets bracelets on the 30 May 2026 have not received these I keep emailing the customer support team and they keep saying they are coming I asked for a refund and was ignored what else can I do they owe me £29.72
23/7/26 I got in touch with PayPal and opened a case and low and behold my ankles arrived today after 25 emails and a waist of my time I WILL NEVER ORDER OF THESE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THEM .

The case itself is really good, looks great and easy to fit. The only issue with it was the fact that it took so long to arrive.

I ordered a product from this company. It took a very long time to arrive. When it arrived it was dreadful. Very poor quality and it was broken and unfit for purpose. I sent photos of the damage. I asked for a refund and wanted to return the product. They offered me a derisory amount in compensation for a product which was third rate at best, damaged and not fit for purpose.
My advice is to avoid dealing with this company.

I had expected a quick delivery,so I was dubious about the article,when it eventually arrived I was very happy with it,so the only thing to improve on is delivery time

Beautiful cards, arrived in perfect condition! They took a little longer than I expect to come, but fortunately I ordered them early!

I knew it would take time to get to Scotland but it was worth it. Gorgeous little vases on my fridge - I love them.

After miss communication the parcel ķwas delivered & is now sorted thank-you

I received a faulty phone case from China & contacted the company immediately with photos. Their offer was £2 - the case with shipping & taxes cost £19. Their final offer £4 came with threat if escalated to Paypal would demand return. This is exactly what happened and Paypal accepted their offer to close case. I have had faulty plastic items from companies in China who have immediately refunded. This company does not care about honouring a faulty item for customers and trades on high return costs prohibiting suitable refunds
