A great experience. I never heard of Inskal before, but I’m glad I did because they sell quite a bit of stuff that’s either hard to find or expensive elsewhere. I hope to shop from them again soon (:
I like that they say if your order will ship today or tomorrow at checkout, and the shipping was just two days where I live (but I live quite far north so if you live further south it’ll probably be faster). I also love that you had options to choose who would make the delivery; from Instabox to PostNord and Bring. The shipping prices were pretty fair too if you ask me.

Xceed Braided USB-C till USB-C PD 60W - 2m
The product I bought, a 2 m USB C cable, was supposed to be delivered on a Monday. I had a trip on Tuesday, so the timing was perfect.
Monday came and nothing was delivered. Tuesday came and still nothing, so I had to travel without it.
I contacted customer service on Wednesday because there had been no updates, and every day I was only told that it was out for delivery. The whole week went by and nothing arrived. The following week passed as well, and it still took a few more days before it was finally delivered.
Because of that, I think the delivery system needs real improvement.
That said, the person who helped me through the customer service chat was kind, friendly, and very helpful.

Paid extra for fast shipping, got delivered even later
Bought a case on a saturday, paid extra “to be shipped today” while there was a free option to get it on Wednesday. I ended up getting it on saturday morning, almost a week after my order. When i wrote to them they said do not ship on weekends. Why have the option to pay extra for just that then!? And then to make it worse, it takes longer than free shipping!?
