I ordered July 21, 2026 and the system failed to record the address I input for delivery. I emailed them regarding this and they kept forgetting the history of the exchange (different people respond, losing context of conversation). They repeatedly deny my order did not exist, sometimes they acknowledge it does. I had to clarify 3 times with 3 different agents that my order was not what they are talking about. 6 days after, the issue is not yet resolved and my money is not returned. They have serious problems with the website for ordering and internal structure with data handling. Super disappointed. I do not recommend this shop.

Easy peasy ordering experience.
I was expecting to wait a week or more - thr procuct arrived after a mere two days.

Copy products made in China. Really poor products. I bought some cushions for a pair of Sony headphones that said they were for the ones I have, but they are about 5 mm shorter and therefore do not fit them. You can clearly see that the material is a little thinner than the original and the quality is not there. If you look for them, they appear at Elgiganten, but it is infshop that sells them. Infshop.dk and inf.se have the same Chinese owner who controls this Chinese trading platform. I would like the authorities to check these copy products for harmfulness, as they smell very artificial.

I ordered 4 products through INF and my products were coming from China. On INF`S side they said I would have to wait 14 days for my delivery and in spite of some small problems which were not INF`S fault, I received my products exactly 14 days later..Everytime I wrote them I got a satisfactory answer and I have received my products in good stand..They are a highly recommended good firm, in my eyes!

I have order 2 items, and I have received only one. I send email to customers service, and they still wasting time instead to refund or to send the rest.

The order was placed on November 1st, the money was withdrawn from the account the next day, but even today the parcel has not been delivered. I sent an email to them and they told me that there was a system error and that's why the package was not delivered, but once the problem is fixed they will honor the order. However I see reviews as if there were deliveries after the 1st. Something is very suspicious
