To clarify, during the incorporation process we use our email address to receive correspondence from the Corporate Registry and to ensure that all incorporation documents are delivered to us promptly. This allows us to complete the order, verify that everything has been processed correctly, and then forward all documents and information to our customers.
Once the incorporation is completed, customers are free to update their corporate email address directly with the applicable registry if they wish. This can typically be done by the corporation itself, and it is not something customers are required to purchase from us.
Our goal is to make the incorporation process as smooth as possible while ensuring that all documents are received and delivered accurately. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify how this process works.
