Order accepted a week in advance but never delivered — avoid at all costs
I ordered flowers a week in advance for delivery to Lloret de Mar, Spain, for my wedding anniversary. They simply never delivered them. No flowers, no proper explanation—nothing.
This was supposed to be a surprise for my wife on our anniversary, and they completely ruined it. I would give zero stars if that were possible. Avoid at all costs.

Overall, I had a good experience. The service was fast, and the product I received looked exactly like the one in the photos. The only downside is that it feels a bit overpriced. I would have liked to see some more affordable options as well.

Paid but not delivered
I ordered flowers for an important occasion whilst I was on holiday. Four days later there are still no flowers. Four requests for a response and my money back and still nothing.

Worse experience. Ordered flowers for my sick sister, lying in the hospital im Spain. They took the money (53 euros), but never delivered the flowers. They never contacted me, and have not replied my several messages. Really bad business
