First of all, it's always a pleasure to find people promoting open-source projects the way iMania.dk does.

The shop provides unbeatable prices for already assembled items of their open-source projects, far cheaper than ordering your own PCB and components, and best of all, they care about the end-user by providing individualized support to your needs in record time.

In my case I was looking for a cheap EPROM/Flash memory programmer that wouldn't be hijacked by proprietary and closed source only compatible with outdated OS. When I found out the Relatively Universal Programmer shield for less than 12€ each, I knew that this was for me.

After ordering 6 pieces (we're a bunch of retro-geeks), the order was quickly shipped and they even included an EPROM for me to test. They also showed interest in what I was going to use them for, reassuring the fact that I wouldn't be left alone if something went wrong with the programmer. Even before receiving the order, Anders and their team were already working on adding compatibility with my main target flash memory chip, this was a very pleasant surprise to me!
