Most of my order was exactly what I’d hoped for. The color of one shirt didn’t work for me but customer service worked to replace it. Good experience.

I ordered a shirt and when it finally arrived it was too big. There was no return address with the package. I took it to my local post office and they scanned the label attached to the package. It went to Melrose Park address. After not hearing from Hisdern after a week I started looking for a ph# to follow and found out the only way to contact them was through email. I sent an email and was told they never received the package. I contacted the post office where the package was sent and was told by the agent there that the package was forwarded to the correct address. After sending another email to Hisdern, I received an email back from them telling me to send the package to a China address. This company gives you the run around so they don’t have to send you a refund and the shirt has not been sent back either. The company is totally disappointing.

Horrid! They sent the wrong color and refused to take any responsibility. Ordered Red tie/suspenders. They had photos of both red and burgundy to choose from and i selected ‘red’. Asked for a refund/return and they said they would give a 20% off instead. Why would i spend more money on an unprofessional company?
EDIT: after follow-up, Venus at Hisdern stated that they had no intention of resolving the dispute and that while they sent the burgundy color, it is still considered on the red spectrum and therefore constitutes Red. Even though they sent images on their website clearly show Red. Do not trust this seller.

I ordered a red tie, but received the wrong colour. The item arrived incorrectly, and I didn’t even open or use it, as it was clearly not what I ordered.

What’s frustrating is that instead of offering a simple exchange, I was asked to purchase the item again. The link provided still shows the same colour I originally selected, which makes the situation even more confusing.

Considering this was their mistake, an exchange should have been straightforward. The product was shipped from China and customer service also seems to be based there, even though I purchased it in the United States, which made the process more difficult.

Overall, a very disappointing experience. I expected better accuracy and customer support.

Paid for expedited 5-8 day shipping so that it would arrive before an event. Still not here and leaving to attend out of town event tomorrow pm.

You guys and girls at Hisdern make the nicest, affordable clothing. I have bought 5 really excellent shirts. They are comfortable, they fit really well and your website is so easy to navigate. Thank you so much for making excellent men's ware. I just love the colors that i have been looking for. Just AWESOME

The shipping times are lies. I paid for 5-8 day shipping and it’s been 10days with no package. No refund was offered for the mistake. Poor logistics 0 stars for lying & taking money. I will be reporting for unfair business practice

I ordered some ties for an upcoming wedding but when I received them a couple of weeks later, the colour shade was different to how the ties looked online. Despite them all still being in their original packaging, Hisdern will not refund me and have merely offered me 20% off of my next order. They actually suggested that I give the ties away to my friends and family so as not to ‘waste my time’…

Beware of this company’s terrible refund policy before you place an order with them.

The sizes on ordering aren’t clear. If you change a color, it automatically resets the size to small. I accidentally ordered a small shirt first. I immediately contacted the company via email to request that they cancel that order, well in time before they even had a chance to ship it. They didn’t respond to my email for several days, and they mailed my shirt anyway, and then offered me a 20% discount on my next order compensate.
