I switched my website to HilltopAds after reading many positive reviews and expecting one of the best Popunder monetization networks in the industry.

Unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite.

My website receives HIGH-QUALITY ORGANIC TRAFFIC from Google Search, not incentivized traffic, not social traffic, and not bot traffic. Despite this, HilltopAds has been paying me an average CPM of only around $0.28 per 1,000 impressions.

This is by far the lowest CPM I have ever seen from a Popunder network.

Using the same website, the same GEOs, and the same organic traffic, I was earning significantly more with another network before moving to HilltopAds.

What makes the situation even more frustrating is that I keep seeing the exact same landing page over and over again, which makes it appear that advertiser demand is extremely limited or that my traffic is not being matched with competitive campaigns.

I contacted both my account manager and support asking for a manual review and optimization, but instead of receiving a real investigation, I was simply told that optimization is "automatic."

If your website relies on quality organic search traffic, my personal experience has been extremely disappointing. A CPM of around $0.28 for Google organic traffic is simply not competitive in today's market.

I genuinely hope HilltopAds improves its publisher optimization, advertiser inventory, and support because, based on my experience, the monetization has been far below expectations.

The traffic quality is top notch and also the set up is very simple. Hilltopads gives one the best quality traffic out there and I will like to recommend.

I love it easy and a lot of payout review, I get like 4 to 5 bucks a day with around 2000 users on my website, but sometimes i get 7 bucks randomly. so it depends i guess?

Must be a Good Adnetwork, but they just dont reply , they are unable to answer your Query , they cannot continue a discussion , so their support is not available if you want some help or info.

Great ad company especially for small websites with moderate traffic. Made 50 dollars quicker than any other ad service I have used so far. I highly recommend this ad company to both web publishers and advertisers.

Every time I create campaign they rejected even my site is not include in any ads of another adnetworks. I asked elm which is manager and multiple times I wrote email but he did not reply anything. And they fraud my money first time I deposited 110 USD and they returned 92 USD in which 8 USD is network fee, and other USD no countable and they do not reply. And their publisher account is same practice, they do not support, he banned my account publishers wrote email for banned account's and as advertiser account but they did not respond.

Stay away from this ad network. Once you reach the minimum balance, your website will suddenly be blocked without any details or the classic excuse of invalid traffic. I just earned $5 with 33,000 visitors on 3 websites, and they suddenly blocked my website after receiving free ad views. It's a complete scam. Stay away from Hilltopads if you don't want to be scammed.

its been many days im using hilltopads its good and usasbale they provide weekly payments regularly also there are many adformats to use , thye takes more time to review mainstream websites but non mainsream sites get instant approvals

First How Over night all advertisers Are Blacklist Me. Okay then I created 2nd Account After I reached 4usd in 2 days Now I got The Same Problem Blacklist Yesterday Working Good Today Blacklist. I think There Are Smart Scammers So Don't Trust This Network (Account ID 344826)

A very bad company. I sent them traffic and they accepted it, and from the same source they paid me the first time. I trusted them and worked with larger volumes, then they zeroed my balance. When I asked them why, they said the traffic was low quality. When I asked them about the metrics they use to determine traffic quality, they replied: ‘We can’t provide you with the exact metrics we use.’
